Today I found that the chicken was larger than before so I see they are now working with an equal balance of Quantity and Quality
The quality of mine has been decreasing. I’m currently in high school and have been at the same school district since I was 6. They used to have strawberry cream cheese filled mini bagels. Though, there is one food that has improved. Also, I tend to be really slow in the morning, so I don't have time to eat after I get ready, unless I want to miss the bus and make my parents late for work and all. So, I'm super hungry before lunch so I was feeling sick to my stomach almost all day, yet the cafeteria workers couldn't even give me the rest of my food for free. It was an average lunch day but watermelon for the fast kids and eating outside.
one time my friends got the milk (although its in a bag now) and it was spoiled with so many chunks in it also another time i got the mashed potatoes and they had no flavor, were super white and chunky, but also slimey and dry and droopy but the thing about the potatoes is that i found what looked like a pigeon foot and under the potatoes theres supposed to be turkey (which is so so slimey) but i found a dead rat with the tail, and feet cut off
Okay, I loved the smiley French fries but I can agree. Whenever I ate them I would have like chunks stuck in my throut, and it was so hard to swallow, No thanks.😟
I remember the grilled cheese is literally just yellowed bread and cheese. And one time my old middle school served these plain chicken sandwiches, like the chicken was white along with a cheese slice.
As a European I am so glad I didn’t eat any of this at my school. We actually had food, let alone edible. All of that I would refuse to eat, it looks disgusting. Like on every Friday, we had fish and chips. Actual cooked properly crumbed fish with fries, no salt though. In primary we had proper food. Maybe not very nutritional but real food not whatever the hell those things are. In comprehension the food wasn’t as good but still better then that. I feel so bad for anyone who ate that, how you don’t have concerning health issues I don’t know. bleh
@@cool.chameleon3 in comprehensive we have to pay to eat the food as well however you can get free school meals if your household has financial issues, single parent, etc. or you can bring your own lunch to eat from home which is what at least half of the school does. Other than that you have to pay or starve.
With the hug juice, my school never gave them out, but I still loved them because I would always beg my parents for them after the first time I had them
In highschool we had oven baked chicken drumsticks, there was a little bit of pink in it, but it actually had flavor so whatever, nobody got sick. We also had pulled pork flatbread, greasy as heck, but had flavor better than the Not-Sloppy Joe. I'll take the soupy Mac and Cheese over the tacky textued one we had my last year of school.
i remember refried beans and cheese in a reheatable container and the best one that i always got exited for was the cheesie garlic bread stiff, so good!
5:00 the grilled cheese at my school is really good we even get tomato soup with it (I'm going into 6th grade next year so times have changed lol) They still have the switch sodas 😂 it's like a $1.50 for one of them but the carrots....I don't think they are carrots-

I used to love the pizza but on my last Monday at 5th grade every time I THOUGHT about that pizza i bacicly gagged but the nachos and burgers were BOMB.
My cookies at my school were SALTY…like what??And also I banged one on the table once and it did not even crumble .I could’ve eaten a rock that was softer than that salty over baked madness.
for me i’m in a pretty notice county, and they serve pretty good stuff. today we had chicken and waffles, and every other friday we get crispy chicken sandwiches, or grilled cheese, or the ever delicious burgers. the meat is actually nice, and they almost always have fresh salad ( bassicaly lettuce mixed with cherry tomatoes and the occasional diced cucumber) and i’ll add it to the burger, and sometimes they have slices of tomato, so i’ll add that too. They also have curly fries, so it ends up like a delicious fast food meal. It’s pretty solid. I think people should cut school food some slack, because it’s really pretty good. Everyone is always like EW THE SCHOOL FOOD IS SOOOOO BAD I ALWAYS BRING HOME FOOD. Like emily, chill we know your parents can’t afford school food/won’t let you eat it so you say it’s bad. i know everyone likes deep down. thank you for listening to my ted talk.
Our school only serves food 3 times a week. We have chick fil a on Monday (the sandwiches are breaded, and the chicken nuggets are just regular chicken nuggets) on Wednesday we have Italian creations, and the food is rarely good. On Friday we have pizza. (Idk where its from, but it's really good)
I am so glad I live in Belgium. All they fed us was good. It was always either cooked potatoes or mashed potatoes. Then some kind of cooked vegetable like carrots or brocoli. And the meat was actually good. It tasted how it was supposed to taste. And some days there were fries with beef stew. They also did Mac and cheese ( that one was really good) or spaghetti sometimes. There was also this thing called meat bread, it tasted great but looked awfull.
oh. my goodness. Same- the comment above this one (for me) is talking how the doritos had no flavoring, my school had cheese balls in the Cheeto puffs nine times out of ten.
I commented this in another video, but I'mma tell this story again: It was the 1st Friday of Freshman year and we were having pizzas. I got myself a small cheese one and took a couple of bites before noticing that there was freaking MOLD under the cheese! I got really sick that day and from then on up to my senior graduation, I brought lunch from home.
@@Avrysatos Omg that is SO gross! 🤢 One time during middle school, one of my classmates picked up a salad from the cafeteria and discovered a dead MOUSE in it! He didn't report it, but that wasn't much of a surprise since he was the weird kid who'd carry dead animals around in his pockets... Which he did with his new deceased critter after lunch that day-
the way my school did the green eggs and ham thing was by taking an expired deviled egg, dyeing the yolk green, and then giving us rubbery sour ham. they used the same ham in the "salads" which were basically slimy lettuce and sour tomatoes in a styrofoam container. one of the better lunches the school served was hamburger. the hamburger was gray on the outside, pink on the inside. the surface had bubbles on it and the "hamburger" was served with soggy fries. and my parents wouldn't let me pack my lunch because i quote "school lunch is free." the hospital bills for the treatment for severe food poisoning aren't tho
My school lunch is free unless you want one item or an extra snack, the food is good and the only thing I’m upset about is them removing the curly fries. Also, I always make the smiley fries scream when I eat them

The cookies at my school were so good I actually thought of asking them to ship it to my house. But my school legit gave my friend(who gave me after winning)a mouldy coconut. The mould was in the water and I'm going to tell them to give my friend a refund for that
cookies at my school are rock hard. can’t bite through them no matter how hard i try. i just stopped getting them because they always go for the trash.
At my school we had to do a petion to get one of the meals back that everyone liked. Servered only around 4-5 times a semester but it was great. Tator tor casserole with melted cheeses on it.
Reading all the comments makes me feel lucky and grateful, because my school both primary and highschool has actually got decent and fresh food. It was also a public school to, plus I live in Britain that's why I didn't say middle school.

In a Canadian Public Elementary School, we never had lunches like these, mainly because we are in our classrooms for the lunch break (And my school was practically in the middle of nowhere, so that could also be a reason why). The closest we got was hot lunches on Friday, it would always be hotdogs, pizza (ordered from a restaurant nearby), and one other item, most years it was 6-inch Subway subs, that would alternate every week, and every second lunch break would be when they served the milk (which would also be when the served the hot lunches) and when someone who was supposed to get a hot lunch or milk, most of the time it would be just given out (most of the time it was whoever was friends with the absent kid). It was fun just seeing every kid's hand shoot up as soon as they asked "who wants it." And I never ate anything from my highschool aside from a pizza slice and a large cookie. The cookies was good, and the pizza was also ordered from outside the school.
for “turkey gravy” day at my school, they give us: mashed potatoes (i don’t think they’re real, but they’re good anyways) gravy (heard it’s really sweet, sweeter than normal) and square “turkey” pieces…i’ve seen the containers for them and they literally come in containers that look like spam containers- “corn” cookie (normally some weird cinnamon or weird “cherry” flavor)
The school I'm going to now has pretty well made, almost homemade food. Some stuff isn't, but we get more than 1 meal every day, so they have that going for them. I have some classmates that say that the school food is bad. I moved just over a year ago from a public charter. I always tell them that they truly don't know bad food.
My school has chili cheese hotdog days. It was chili cheese hotdogs (that actually were super good and looked good) and a side of beans. There was a line for the bathroom on those days 😬
0:18 these were my favorite! At my school they called them “cheesy stuffed breadsticks” and I don’t think they had the “plasticy” type feel to them, but I was sad when my middle school kept saying it was on the menu and then not serving them :(
My school doesn’t give us cheese in our burgers. We used to also have fries, but even if the fries could come straight out of the microwave they would still be cold and soggy. They were also white-ish for some reason?? I feel like they went through a freezer and a few laps in the microwave to make them bearable. And the temperature was always indescribable, they burning but also cold at the same time. 😅
Me and my brothers and sisters was homeschool. My grandma would be the one that cook all our lunch. Our dad did all the homeschool on top of having four full time jobs. one time my friends got the milk (although its in a bag now) and it was spoiled with so many chunks in it also another time i got the mashed potatoes and they had no flavor, were super white and chunky, but also slimey and dry and droopy but the thing about the potatoes is that i found what looked like a pigeon foot and under the potatoes theres supposed to be turkey (which is so so slimey) but i found a dead rat with the tail, and feet cut off
They got science class dissection mixed up with your lunch!
I hope your not going to that school anymore
Ew!, that’s disgusting !!
🤢
@Scott Frenzel LOL
Worse than my half empty chicken tenders
The smiley fries in my school had pretty much no flavor and the outside part of it was kind of soggy, they had no salt on them
Ours were dry
@@Shakeyloves69 fr
@@Shakeyloves69 me too
Bro, those were the best things at my elementary school... until they gave us normal fries :)
Okay, I loved the smiley French fries but I can agree. Whenever I ate them I would have like chunks stuck in my throut, and it was so hard to swallow, No thanks.😟
I remember the grilled cheese is literally just yellowed bread and cheese. And one time my old middle school served these plain chicken sandwiches, like the chicken was white along with a cheese slice.
this makes me fell a lot better knowing my school actually cared about food
And uncrustables are legendary don’t beat on them
after thousands of comments on the original I now know I was a FOOL for microwaving them
I’m such a big fan man
Yep your supposed to let them like melt a bit so they aren’t frost
@@scottfrenzel they are amazing frozen
I took that personal 💀
As a European I am so glad I didn’t eat any of this at my school. We actually had food, let alone edible. All of that I would refuse to eat, it looks disgusting. Like on every Friday, we had fish and chips. Actual cooked properly crumbed fish with fries, no salt though. In primary we had proper food. Maybe not very nutritional but real food not whatever the hell those things are. In comprehension the food wasn’t as good but still better then that. I feel so bad for anyone who ate that, how you don’t have concerning health issues I don’t know. bleh
mid shcool
Yup 👍 and we have to pay to eat this garbage too lol
@@cool.chameleon3 in comprehensive we have to pay to eat the food as well however you can get free school meals if your household has financial issues, single parent, etc. or you can bring your own lunch to eat from home which is what at least half of the school does. Other than that you have to pay or starve.
@@lunarleaf2859 yeah a lot of the time I bring lunch but this year everyone got free food and it was mostly decent pizza 🤷♀️
Please swap schools with me, i swear
1:54 One time in elementary school I got a salad for lunch and every single piece of salad was the on edible parts
With the hug juice, my school never gave them out, but I still loved them because I would always beg my parents for them after the first time I had them
4:15
My school had the complete opposite, mine were kind of dry every time I ate them. I always got sick after eating school lunch.
Everything about the smiley fries hit home lol
In highschool we had oven baked chicken drumsticks, there was a little bit of pink in it, but it actually had flavor so whatever, nobody got sick.
We also had pulled pork flatbread, greasy as heck, but had flavor better than the Not-Sloppy Joe.
I'll take the soupy Mac and Cheese over the tacky textued one we had my last year of school.
i remember refried beans and cheese in a reheatable container and the best one that i always got exited for was the cheesie garlic bread stiff, so good!
Thank you f9r doing this it’s so real
5:00 the grilled cheese at my school is really good we even get tomato soup with it (I'm going into 6th grade next year so times have changed lol)
They still have the switch sodas 😂 it's like a $1.50 for one of them but the carrots....I don't think they are carrots-
Middle school is hella better then elementary i can say that
2:13 that's literally what my school's chicken nuggets look like and it's so sad. and they come with the most depressing waffles i have ever seen
Honestly, those Bosco sticks were the BEST THING EVER when I was in elementary and middle school.
omg the bosco sticks were SO GOOD but the marinara sauce always tasted so watery
I don’t know what this is because I’m from China
But it
Sounds scary
Lol
It is scary there were always food fights in my cafeteria

The fact that you brought up Switch soda is so nostalgic. God, I miss those.
I think it might have been a rock.. Salty, Rock-hard, isnt salt a mineral? They might have just given you a chunk of salt with food coloring.
@@gracecrosby730 lol maybe
for me i’m in a pretty notice county, and they serve pretty good stuff. today we had chicken and waffles, and every other friday we get crispy chicken sandwiches, or grilled cheese, or the ever delicious burgers. the meat is actually nice, and they almost always have fresh salad ( bassicaly lettuce mixed with cherry tomatoes and the occasional diced cucumber) and i’ll add it to the burger, and sometimes they have slices of tomato, so i’ll add that too.
(Idk where its from, but it's really good)
bro that’s crazy
I am so glad I live in Belgium.
All they fed us was good.
It was always either cooked potatoes or mashed potatoes. Then some kind of cooked vegetable like carrots or brocoli.
And the meat was actually good. It tasted how it was supposed to taste.
And some days there were fries with beef stew. They also did Mac and cheese ( that one was really good) or spaghetti sometimes.
There was also this thing called meat bread, it tasted great but looked awfull.
I never realized how lucky we are at my school-
same i can't relate to any of this????
Same! My elementary school food tasted pretty good, but now idk
oh. my goodness. Same- the comment above this one (for me) is talking how the doritos had no flavoring, my school had cheese balls in the Cheeto puffs nine times out of ten.
yeah same
Same.
I commented this in another video, but I'mma tell this story again:
It was the 1st Friday of Freshman year and we were having pizzas. I got myself a small cheese one and took a couple of bites before noticing that there was freaking MOLD under the cheese! I got really sick that day and from then on up to my senior graduation, I brought lunch from home.
We found a roach dead under the cheese once.
Which he did with his new deceased critter after lunch that day-
2:37 the burst of memory with that one picture
the way my school did the green eggs and ham thing was by taking an expired deviled egg, dyeing the yolk green, and then giving us rubbery sour ham. they used the same ham in the "salads" which were basically slimy lettuce and sour tomatoes in a styrofoam container. one of the better lunches the school served was hamburger. the hamburger was gray on the outside, pink on the inside. the surface had bubbles on it and the "hamburger" was served with soggy fries. and my parents wouldn't let me pack my lunch because i quote "school lunch is free."
the hospital bills for the treatment for severe food poisoning aren't tho
My school lunch is free unless you want one item or an extra snack, the food is good and the only thing I’m upset about is them removing the curly fries.
Also, I always make the smiley fries scream when I eat them
6:23 i have some in my freezer right now.
Can I come over
1:14 YOU MICROWAVED IT?!?!😂 I moved around a lot, and honestly never had the luxury of eating an uncrustable at school, BUT they were good asf at home and I never had them frozen, so I'm just confuzzled lmfao
0:20 Those are always something my friends always complained about. Anyways it is interesting to see the progressing to talking very fast. I really love the speed now since you just suddenly have your mind blown with the comments and information.
I’m vegetarian at school, and most of the time they only serve meat 💀(I’m not allowed to eat any meat at school, and the fish tastes really gross, like I’ve never tasted tuna as bad as the one at school.)
Omg same!
Ask for yogurt
My school has a vegetarian option
I can’t eat beef and one day they only had burgers and I’m like I’m too shy to ask the teacher good thing I have a friend who also can’t eat beef so I asked her to ask. The teacher
Omg same!
Once I saw this video, I remembered how GOOD my cafeteria food was, and the best part is, sometimes we got little ceasers pizza! 😋
Little ceasers😡😡😡 we just got regular generic cheese pizza
Little Ceased is meh for me but Costco pizza is legit heaven
We got papa John's pizza
We got ceces every Friday at my old school but now we have pizza hut every other wendsday
dude my school lunches were pretty good. also the milk cartons had random digits on them and some were rarer so me and my friends would always compare them

4:22 fun fact! It was saw dust because if your school used Parmesan cheese then there was sawdust to make it not stick together
Bro you forgot the chicken patty in which had so much fat and muscle left in it and tasted like STRAIGHT RUBBER 😭✌️
chicken patty's were the best thing on the menu, most of the other stuff i would just eat cause i was hungry 💀
Ikr I still remember the feel it makes me shiver😩
mf what do you think chicken is? It's literally all fat and muscle, you want a bone patty to chew?
The chicken patties at my old elementary school were so cold and hard that if you threw it at somebody’s head you’ll literally kill them 💀
At my school we had to do a petion to get one of the meals back that everyone liked.
1:14 your supposed to eat them cold not warm them up

One time a kid at lunch puked because he drank an over-expired juice cup, and it was on the table next to the one I was at, so that was traumatizing 😅

7:43 “and honestly it worked better”

5:01 Bro your grilled cheese was barely grilled, while mine was burnt to the crisp for some reason lol.
3:43 once i found a piece of paper inside my burger
I'm very glad that I went to a private school now, we didn't have a cafeteria, we did have a tuckshop tho, the food was *amazing*
The bostco cheese sticks at my school were FIRE they were so good!
I had mold in my breakfast muffin at school, and they said that it was fresh
Jesus christ🤢🤮 i feel so bad they are so good
@@IDK18890 you think that's bad? My school served blueberry muffins and there was not a SINGLE blueberry in sight. It was like 99% muffin and 1% blueberry. Howevery the "blueberry" was located in the middle and It didn't even taste like blueberries.
The school was good but the lunches. TERRIBLE
DANGGG y’all have scrub daddy fries? 2:44
I have them too they're not as bad
Yes here in england we do
6:53 I LOVED THOSE BURRITOS
It was fun just seeing every kid's hand shoot up as soon as they asked "who wants it."
And I never ate anything from my highschool aside from a pizza slice and a large cookie. The cookies was good, and the pizza was also ordered from outside the school.
3:29 💀💀💀💀
3:50 in first grade they gave me a green bun for my burger
The grilled cheese one is so true.
Along with the tator tots and the green eggs and ham.
for garlic bread they give us like actual pieces cut restaurant style and it’s really good
They be the best foods tho
Why you gotta roast that? I love those and they’re called fruit cups in my school 1:36
for “turkey gravy” day at my school, they give us:
mashed potatoes (i don’t think they’re real, but they’re good anyways)
gravy (heard it’s really sweet, sweeter than normal)
and square “turkey” pieces…i’ve seen the containers for them and they literally come in containers that look like spam containers-
“corn”
cookie (normally some weird cinnamon or weird “cherry” flavor)
The school I'm going to now has pretty well made, almost homemade food. Some stuff isn't, but we get more than 1 meal every day, so they have that going for them. I have some classmates that say that the school food is bad. I moved just over a year ago from a public charter. I always tell them that they truly don't know bad food.

I remembered in my elementary school they would serve these things called mozzarella crunchers they were amazing
This video is the reason I had my own lunchbox
0:18 these were my favorite! At my school they called them “cheesy stuffed breadsticks” and I don’t think they had the “plasticy” type feel to them, but I was sad when my middle school kept saying it was on the menu and then not serving them :(
The school Mac & Cheese was the best - It was never soupy for me but it WAS DELICIOUS and my favorite meal
He would go to work 7 am-3pm then homeschool us from 3pm-7pm and being a full time dad and a volunteer firechief on top. Our mom was a full time head nurse in the emergency room and ICU on top of being a full time mom to all of us. Our grandma teach all of us how to cook and bake.
