Palace fan here, that was a fair assessment and an unbiased vlog. What we have now are players having to play for their places, Eze fit, Olise fit and Wharton being a baller, Munoz has been sensational at RB too. When we get Johnstone, Guehi, Decoure back we should be stronger and for some strange reason we always seem to finish the season strong. I suppose having to fight for every point to not get relegated is a die hard habit.
I know the ground is a shithole but over the next couple of years you should see it getting better. Good luck to you guys for the rest of the season and up the West Allottment Celtic!

I met up with some of my Newcastle mates before the game, they were all talking about how uncomfortable they felt about this particular fixture.
Under Glasner our football is now coming together, the boys are now working hard as a unit, unlike when Roy was at the helm.
Nice to collect 9 points from our last three games which has now given us safety from relegation.
Have to admit we, Palace, played well.

Totally agree & I'm a Newcastle fan. Longstaff is soft as sh1te, with Joelinton out, the last thing we need in midfield is a guy who screams & falls over at the 1st hint of contact. He should've got a shot away instead of trying to buy the penalty.......then goes & gives ball away for their 2nd.....trying & failing AGAIN to buy a foul.
Not a dig at Newcastle as we all have players that do it but when did it go from getting penalties to winning them. Winning pens should be punished if caught on VAR. good luck rest of the season

Sorry Adam but Longstaff went down too easily after he had a think about. Sold it cheaply. If that was Gordon we probably had a shot on goal or a penalty. We did not deserve a thing so not going to complain about the result.
Filming clapping players off? It is sickening to see that. You should have watched the AC Milan ultras last week. They were so angry after Milan put in a pathetic display against 10 men and lost the quarter final. The players and the manager got a 10 minute lecture from some pretty livid fans it was beautiful to see. Geordies lack the guts to give some choice words to our weak players and manager. What the fuck were they doing for the last 10 days? They could not even compete and got 2 shots on target after 85 minute. Absolutely unacceptable. Howe needs to go. He is too stubborn and not fast enough to react to in game dynamics. We need a better manager.

Don't understand why we're playing Murphy at right back when we've got hall on bench and burn at left back when we've got livramento on bench .Why would any manager play a right midfielder at right back when we've got a right back on bench and a centre half at left back when we've got a left back on the bench, first half was dreadful
Think Murphy was in only because of the Spurs match and prior to the match I wouldn't have argued against that, and apparently Livramento is carrying an injury (pointless even having him on the bench if that was the case). It was clear early on that it wasn't working though and we needed to change it up. Don't think it was just down to formation though, some shocking passing last night, almost like they'd never played in the same team before.

You can go on. This team could not keep possession at the back and midfield. Hopeful balls played to the front men. Most of NUFC's away performance has been similar. Eddie, why not play Lewis Hall from the start left back? Dan Burn offers nothing going forward from left back. Why keep Tino on the bench for Murphy? I don't get it. Palace were by far the better side. Eze was bullying the nufc players.
That's what happens teams want to end the season on a high note and lots of teams who play don't expect mid table teams to play this way just have to be ready next time

tactics was totally wrong yet against 50m worth of defenders on the bench in tino and hall who should be starting for one. midfield was none existence tonight and well going forward struggling to get a shot on target for most of the game. iv been saying it all week this could possibly be our hardest game left with the way palace have been in the past couple weeks but my god we handed them that win, this was single handedly our worst proformance of the season
No f*&^ing midfield, no possession, just kick and hope. I don't blame the defenders because why try and play the ball out from the back if its just going to come right back at them? Bruno is like that hot girlfriend you dumped, why? because sometimes she's magnificent and the other times she's worthless. I'd take a player like Odegaard over Bruno any day because he shows up for every match... did you watch Bruno on the 2nd goal? ran back to get in position and then left his mark wide open to make the pass to Matetta. Says it all about his defensive capabilities.
