I was taking care of the grands so didn’t get to say all that I wanted to say.
1. I’m soooo glad they added peonies! I’m not a romantic rose person - so chrysanthemums are also appreciated.
2. I love - absolutely adore - using this level of color! Do you think that you got the crackle because you heat gunned it? I would have not not much crackle due to how much extra bond you put in to the milk paint.
3. I love this video so much that I’m going to watch it again now that I can give it my undivided attention. Oh & I forgot to look at the legs completed!
4. I love seeing these painting videos. Coming home to your roots is super smart!

We did use the heat gun. But also the finish underneath had some crackle so I think that might have been part of it. ❤️❤️❤️

I love how this turned out! Every once in a while I circle back around to watch this episode again. I would like to try this with a green cabinet but worry that the leaves might not show up. I might have to rethink and possible do white?
Highlight the leaves with lighter colors to make them pop. It would be pretty.

I’m learning to be an artist. Some times its nice to “not” create the wheel, by drawing everything out. Sometimes you just want to get to painting. I think theses stamps would be good for that. However. Go back in with a black marker to finish up the lines.
