    But how do you clean the stamp?! 🤔

    • @IronOrchidDesigns
      @IronOrchidDesigns  Před 3 lety

      Easy peasy! You can use baby wipes while you're working to keep the paint from building up in the design. Then, when you're completely done with the project, wash them in warm (not hot) water with a mild soap. You can gently use a soft brush (like a nail or dish brush) to get the paint out of all the nooks and crannies, if you like - just NO DISHWASHER, please. Check out this video for a deeper dive into this technique: czcams.com/video/6xYcn3JlzVU/video.html

    What's the difference between putting the paint on with the paint brush in thick layers and putting it on with the silicone tool because I see there is a difference, can you do the same technique with the silicone tool like put the stamp on let it dry over night then sand it go over it with paint with the silicone tool to bring out the high and lows then let it dry over night is that possible to do with this
    technique

    WHEN EXPLAINING THE COMPLETE TECHNIQUES. THEY PROMISED A SECOND VIDEO MONTHS AGO AND NEVER POST IT.
    This is the second time they have left the second parts of some works unpublished. For example, when they made that gallery of pictures, there were two left that did not explain the techniques. They promised to publish the videos but it was never known again.
    Have you thought that there may be customers who buy your products thinking that in a few weeks they will publish the entire process of a technique and that they are interrupted without knowing how to continue because you leave the work in the middle? Have you thought about it? Well I assure you it happens.
    Sorry, your jobs are beautiful, but in addition to working beautiful, you should commit to your clients and deliver on what they promise.
    This video is the first part of a technique that they have not finished explaining. Months have passed and they publish new videos that are not related to this technique and the second part does not finish explaining it.
    It seems little serious to me. I feel my sincerity. It's a shame because their works are really beautiful.

    • @IronOrchidDesigns
      @IronOrchidDesigns  Před 3 lety

      Hi El Jardín de la Alegría, you are right - we had promised to show our completed work and there are several comments of people here still waiting! We have pictures ready to go - we just need to attach them to this video so everyone can see. 😄We also mentioned wanting to publish a blog with additional pictures! However, it sounds like you are waiting for additional troweling techniques to be shared. Can you clarify what else we left unpublished? We love sharing techniques with our viewers and we hate to think we're leaving anyone left waiting for months. How can we help? Is there a specific timestamp in the video where we promise to explain something else at another time? Thanks for helping us understand!

    • @eljardindelaalegria6775
      @eljardindelaalegria6775 Před 3 lety

      My apologies, maybe it's a translation problem but at 18:09 you say: "we will post a full tutorial on youtube that will show waxing and any other finishing"
      You don't seem to be referring to simple photographs. You speak of "complete tutorial".
      In this video you show the chest of drawers with the applications of the stencils on fairly fresh paint but you don't talk about the finish. How it is finished, drying time, varnish or not ... That is, you only apply the templates but do not say anything about how to finish this technique. Perhaps it is simply allowed to dry and nothing else is applied to it. In any case, you don't mention it.
      If you say that you will publish a "complete tutorial" it is easy for the reader to understand that the process they should follow after printing the stamps will be explained in that next video tutorial.
      Maybe I am in error.
      On the other hand, when you showed the "gallery wall" you showed the techniques for almost all the pictures that made up the gallery. Without ever getting to publish the videos that correspond to the frames "midnight 1" and "midnight 2".
      In my review I was referring to the fact that there may be clients who bought the materials for these two pieces and since you didn't explain the techniques to make them, perhaps they couldn't make their pieces.
