Thank u mam👏🏻, मैने भी अभी 2 लिया हैं same विनोद का 26cm का तवा. Seasling अच्छे से नहीं किया था इसलिये रोटी तवे पर अच्छी नही होती थी और चिपकति थी. तो मैने रख दिया. और बहुत गर्म होता हैं इसलिये dr लगता हैं. काही हाथ नं जल जाये. But रोज रोटी बना सकते हैं क्या? क्यूँकी मेरा पुराना तवा खराब हो गया हैं. ऑल इन one हो इसलिये ये purchase किया हैं.

Bahi Season karne ke baad cast iron pan ko nahi dothe hai. Agar kuch chipak gaya tho pani halka daal ke scrub karo but sabun nahi. Agar by chance kuch jal gaya those sabun use karo but firs seasoning karke rakho.
Dhone se seasoning nikal jaatha hai. Just wipe with wet cloth when hot and then apply oil and store.
