This is the first time i am seeing this many features in a single arcade cabinet. Love the build!
This is old though, they have a 16tb Manhattan Project version out now which is way better.
What software is he using?
Amazing cabinet man!!is cool see many people sharing our passion for the arcades
Wow, fantastic machine! One of the best use of my 2 software, EDS and HyperMarquee. Very glad that they are part of this masterpiece! Antos
That machine is amazing Daniel. Great job! I might have to find a way to incorporate a stream deck into my upcoming build. Looks like you can do pretty much anything with it. Seems like it would be a great way to streamline some shortcuts, volume, admin buttons, etc. Love it!
Can't wait for the video with wicked together with you. Massive monster cabinet !!
WIthout a doubt, this is the most impressive cabinet I have ever seen. A dream come true. Well done.
Instablaster
Congrats , amazing job putting it all together. Hope you have time to enjoy it!
Love a lot about this cabinet!! Love how the controls change and all the displays!!
This is the most impressive arcade machine I've ever seen 👏
Wow. Very nice build my friend. Love the GUI on the arcade.
Terrific cabinet... Congratz from France for this incredible work !
Well done on this Arcade Cabinet. 👍😃
Dude! If you need any new friends to drink beer and play on the arcade.... I volunteer.
Wat een ongelooflijke kast!! Mijn complimenten voor dit knap staaltje werk 👍
Such an inspiration. Congratulations for this super nice build!
That's awesome! You're making me green with envy, but that machine is fruit of your efforts :) Well done
Respect. You are very very talented!!! Never seen a cabinet in this quality
Amazing 🤩, great work 👍
This is a true work of art and a true labor of love. I can't remember how many times my jaw dropped just admiring how cool this cabinet is. It's amazing!
Thanks 🙏🏼
Thanks for providing this, inspiration for sure :)
It's beautiful! If I was going to buy an Arcade cab I buy yours. Thanks for the wonderful video.
Just sold this one 😅 (will be a new video coning about that) but you can always send me an email to discuss a custom build: thedanielspies at gmail.com ✉️
Great work! thank you for sharing.
Amazing machine. Thanks for sharing
Amazing cabinet, well done mate! I've nearly finished my 3rd (and probably final lol) bartop arcade cabinet . No way has it got all your cabinet features...but it does have a few that not many people have 😉
It can't get more Wicked then this 🤣......
I like the B-Rol 0:25 Moment gives a nice overview.
Thanks Richard!!
Wicked is here !!!
Very, very nice. Thank you for sharing.
Stunning.
Makes my modded arcade1up look like a spectrum.
Super
Subbed.
Haha thanks 🙏🏼
Mijn hart... Wat doe je?!? Wat een geweldige kast zeg
I'm an engineer and this is some of the best work I've ever seen on an arcade. Design, HW, SW, ergonomics, quality materials, intuitive interface, etc.
Not sure if glare reduction materials are need because I can't tell, but awesome nonetheless!!
Thank you 🙏🏼
Great build brother. I just made my second 1up cabinet into a video music jukebox. Since everyone would play my other larger arcade machine the 1up machine just sat there. Now I can’t get people to stop playing songs on it. And best part is the music video comes on for every single song and there’s alittle over 3,200 songs . I’m dying to find your led buttons. I only really know of Amazon and some stores they sell parts and they all are the same kind of cheap led buttons . I can’t find the ones they look like yours which is more of a premium look. Great build again , and good luck with it.
Brilliant Cabinet - I will be building something soon but not as good as this - thanks for the tutorials and well done on your build.
Check out the new pedestal building video's. Much information there!
Knap gedaan! Heb al zin om mijn auto te verkopen en... :)))
Awesome man,like one too
Very nice. Golf 👏
amazing build
Awesome! This is the first time I've heard of a Stream Deck. Did you make the live icons yourself or is there a download pack of those somewhere? Great craftsmanship. You should be proud.
Hi, I made the icons snd scripts myself. But it is super easy to do! Contact me if you need help 👍🏽
You're accent reminds me of Jean Claude Van Damme lol that's an awesome Arcade I also have Mame Arcade Machine myself although I didn't build it I did the internals and added LED lights to my coin door and some other things to it also great video.
amazing work!
Your work is outstanding, do you sell your plans? please let me know I would love to build one of these.
Great video's Daniel.
That is honestly the best design I’ve scene! You have major talent! You should design a car or something!! 👍🏽
Haha thanks for your comment. I do own a car that has the option to play Arcade games in. I could give the car a part in one of my video's maybe ;-) Thanks Daniel
I'm blown away. Amazing
Hey Daniel,
So you have inspired me to do my own control panel. I completed it today. Its very basic. Just six buttons plus a coin and player 1 and sanwa joystick. I built 2 boxes so I have a player 1 and 2 . I was thinking of getting the Ikari warrior upgrade kit from ultimarc, but wasn’t sure how involved it is. Do you have a video on upgrading a joystick using the ultimarc Ikari warriors upgrade?
Thanks for the awesome tutorials! 👍
I arrived here to your channel because of the Wicked Gamer & Collector nominated your work, and I could not be more happy that he did it. What an awesome arcade machine, what a genius artwork and craftmanship behinfìd this "piece of art". If I have to find something that I'll change (just as a game), the Joystick could be more "flight simulator style" if you know what I mean. But for the rest what to say ? Add the lightguns and you can cover 99,99% of the games. Really impressive. Many compliments.
self integration is where the arcade machines are heading in 20's. this is next level gen - well done!
Thanks!!
This thing is awesome
Very nice, even though i am not really into gaming, this is impressive.
Love this design!
Wow, absolutely stunning. I know this is an old video but do you happen to have design or cad files available?
Great video the best arcade ever
Hello, love your arcade cabinet! I wish I could
of have you build mine. I just received my arcade machine and it has a stream deck. Any tips on how to configure it? I’m running Big-box/Launch box. Thanks
I’m not even a gamer or arcade aficionado, but I’m blown away. You thought of everything. I’m super impressed by the servo that restricts the 8-way movement for some of the older arcade games. The RGB lights and buttons are beautiful, and the shortcut buttons that even control the ambient light in the room are just perfect. Simply amazing!!
Nice setup !
Even If - old schmuck - I can't suffer those blood flashing LEDs everywhere...
haha true point ;-)
This would be a dream of mine to have.Respect!
It is very doable, start small and scale up... go for it!!
Is there a vid on the logic and reasoning behind the control panel? I wanna know what does what and why.
A perfectionist ✌
Hey got a question Daniel I didn't think you got my last message but I install the elgato stream deck on my machine what you did to stop the stream deck popping out please help.
This is incredible.
Thanks!
Can you do a video going into more detail of how you programed your Streamdeck for arcade cabinet use? What button configurations, menus, features, etc.
that cab is way better than my 2 player bartop
prachtig gemaakt!
Beautiful work! Love the cabinet. Quick question though, any reason for players 3 and 4 having only four buttons instead of six? I've wondered what the pros and cons are of having either layout.
Hi Ryan, I think there are no games that can actually use 6 or more buttons for players 3 and 4. But I am not 100% sure...
GOOD!!
Amazing.
2 questions for you if it's ok, I'm working on my own pedestal style arcade and I'm a cnc programmer by trade, learning cad on fusion 360 more. So I'm good with cam novice at cad. Any chance you can share your cad file? If not I understand. Wanted to use as reference. Also just curious, how much did this build cost? If too personal of a question I completely understand. Thanks! Love your videos bud!
Hi Ron,
You can write an email: thedanielspies(at)gmail.com thanks Daniël
So whats the price? and did you do the custom programing and automation to the controls yourself. I bet your a programmer. Do you have a PLC in there with all that I/O
Impressive, very impressive. I am curious how you get your buttons to know what layout to use for your games automatically. seems very useful.
Super easy: Led Blinky software!
@TheDanielSpies , the feature where specific buttons needed for a game light up, does that happen automatically on their own or is that something you have gone in and programmed for each game?
Super easy! It does is by its own. But you can (re)program it for each individual game if needed. The program is called 'Led Blinky'
Great setup best I ever seen, quick question how did you do the information cards? Id love to have that on my arcade as I always forget move lists from games.
Hi Cesar, check this video out. Donald explains it in a great way: czcams.com/video/QeK8Imu4eiI/video.html
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades Thank you
love ur machine buddy!! ive been wanting something like this for a long time!! Even contemplated on the megacade but so expensive to buy and then shipping it to the uk. Would love to know roughly the total cost for u to build this but atm i guesss the pandoras box will have to do for now!!
I'm thinking like $10k or more . just a avg full mage scale arcade cabinet it like $5k or more to buy it
This is without no doubt the best arcade cabinet I ever see ! It make me want to try making one myself
This build is something else, fantastic all in one machine, I will be honest I would not have thought this concept would ever have worked in reality but to be fair to the maker and designer of this cabinet , it does work very well, the thing is a beast although the most expensive arcade build in the world has me ruling it out as a build I would undertake myself, not to mention the complexity of the control panel which would have me running for the hills. Amazing job though, an absolute beast and with a build in fridge, wow.
Thanks!!
Daniel, what is the button that has a right directional arrow graphic on it that is located to the right of the Stream Deck and what does it do?
And is it a button that you still include in your current builds?
Hi Joe, that is a Favorite button. I don’t use it much due to the Streamdeck but it is cool to have!
Hi Daniel, Can you explain how the Menu and Start buttons work?
Amazing machine. Thanks for sharing
Hi, Thanks. Yes of course: The menu button is mapped to the TAB key. This is perfect for Mame options. The start button is mapped to the ENTER key which is great for PC games that require enter presses. Exit buttons is mapped to ESCAPE. Thanks, Daniel
This is great. I am building my own now and I stole a bunch of ideas from you mouhahahaha. That fridge is awesome.
Echt supergaaf!
Thank you for the information...where can I buy the cabinet and then put it together?
You can buy my design files and make one yourself maybe? Or ask a CNC company to cut the panels out for you. You can always email me for this.
Daniel I watch your videos all the time and you inspired me to do a build similar to yours. I am working how you wrote up the auto hot key scripts for the steam deck to work with Hyperspin?
Hi, send me a message on gmail and I will send you my scripts, no problem 👍🏽 kind regards, Daniël
Nice video, nice arcade, what did you used to enable blood on metal slug?
It is a secret... no just joking. Press F2 to get into the service menu in game. Then go to ‘soft-dip’ settings and set blood 🩸 to ON 👍🏽
Ha Daniel, Je hebt je met dit project weer helemaal laten gaan he?! Helemaal over the top:)
Nice cabinet build,do you still build new ones?Grts from.Belgium.
Yes! You can contact me by email : thedanielspies at gmail.com thanks D
Nice work I wouldn't do flashy with lighted arcade buttons, joysticks and track ball.
Wow wow wow
Could you tell me what type of joystick and push-button are used and where they can be purchased?
Sure, I use Ultimarc parts: ServoStik joysticks for players 1 and 2, J-Stiks for player 3 and 4 and I like the Goldleaf buttons . All are available on the Ultimarc website
Does this work for twin stick shooters like Robotron and Smash TV? I don't see twin sticks set up for each player... cabinet is incredible however!
I need to look-up this twin stick setup. Sounds cool. Thanks for the tip!
Great work. How do you change the information cards? Do you have scripts for that?
Hi, you can set this up in Rocket Launcher UI. You can select the Infocards and map buttons to swap them. You can find tutorials on youtube I think how this works. Thanks D
Can you give a material list of all the components you used and where you got them from?
Yes, I always include a shopping list if you purchase one of my designs. Thanks, D
What happens if you are in the middle of a game and accidentally press a shortcut favorite from el gato stream deck? will it exit the game in progress and launch the other one?
Good point. I can make it so the Streamdeck goes to non-active when a game is launched. Thanks for your tip 🙏🏼
great job on the build. would you be willing to share your cad file for the controls?
Hi, I do sell the DFX and Photoshop files, you can contact me by mail for this, thanks Daniël
Holy shit this is awesome! What a fantastic job. I have a vision of building my own arcade cabinet but I don't think I have the skills that you have. Do you work as an engineer? The fridge and cup holder is something that I have just added to my blue print lol. I wish you showed the functioning of the fighter plane joystick. Also, exactly how you put the fridge in there. Thanks again for sharing your amazing work. All the best.
I do have a lot of video material how the cabinet was made. I might create a building vlog of some kind. Thanks!!
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades Awesome thanks I will check it out.
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades where would we find the video of how it was made?
This is AMAZING!!!!!
@@BigDaddy-666 the video I'm looking for is not there. But thanks for your input
Awesome custom arcade cabinet build! Do you have any plans available?
Yes I sell these plans constantly, email me at thedanielspies@ gmail .com
I am looking into getting a dynamic marquee like yours. What are the exact dimensions? Where did you buy this from? Thank you
iiyama.com/gl_en/products/prolite-s2820hsb-b1/
TheDanielSpies thank you! My last question is how did you install it?
Justin I mounted it on a MDF board and screwed that board in the cabinet. It was very easy 👍🏽
geweldig!!
Thanks!! Groetjes uit Dordrecht
I love the cabinet design. Are you going to make the CAD files available?
Yes I do sell the Cad files for the separate console's and for the full cabinet. You can send me an email for this. Thanks, Daniel
Daniel, a thank you for the help you provided on getting my Stream Deck up and running! I have a few games successfully mapped thanks to you!
I have another question, I also have a third (mini marquee) the only way to display media on it is to drag the media to the bottom of the main screen so it will show up on the mini marquee.
How did you set yours up to display media dynamically when you switch to different games?
Thanks
Will get back to your extra screen asap! Things are crazy busy here 😅
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades Hey, just found a fix a few weeks ago. Apparently, a gentleman wrote a program for Big Box allowing use of a third screen and it works!
@@danacouncil1996 Ah I am so happy for you. Sorry I couldn't help with that. Can you send me the link to that fix?
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades here you go czcams.com/video/ZrGzHGIVI7M/video.html
what is the program you are running that includes all the emulators game previews and bezals like this.?
Hyperspin 😃
Amazing......I'm going to do this as a project. Where is the best place to get the prebuilt drives and plans for the cabinets?
Hi Indy, you can get pre-build drives at Hyper Arcade Systems (Chris Shaw) or the Beast drives ( Kris Koolmod) both are excellent. The plans for this cabinet I can sell you. Contact me at thedanielspies at gmail .com for this 👍🏼
@@TheDanielSpies_Arcades sweet...will do this thanks ..
Daniel for your Be Quiet fans, did you go with highspeed or normal, pwm or non pwm
Hi, Highspeed, PWM I think. Thanks, Daniel
Best I've ever seen.
Thanks!!
