    Would you be able to explain how did you configure the two mouse buttons so that the trackball can also be used as a mouse? Assuming you have a hyperspin /launchbox system.
    Thank you.

    • @TheDanielSpies_Arcades
      @TheDanielSpies_Arcades  Před 4 lety +1

      Ah, good question. The Ultimarc Trackball includes a USB pcb with mouse support. I wired the 24mm buttons to the Ultimarc pcb and not to the Ipac. That was the 'trick'. Thanks, Daniel

      Hi, yes you can easily add Aimtrack guns. See this video: czcams.com/video/WnyFwZEzLbA/video.html | I am not sure how many hours went into this. Quite a lot haha. Several weeks for sure. Thanks, Daniel

    Hi Daniel the green, blue red and yellow cables in the beginning of the video (@ 1:20) did you crimp them ? The ones which are delivered from Ultimarc are much to short. I had to make them longer so i was soldering them and crimped them. The Problem is, after a while the cable break at the soldering part if they get moved to much.

    • @TheDanielSpies_Arcades
      @TheDanielSpies_Arcades  Před 2 lety

      Hmm, I just bought very long cables with crimp connectors on it (not on the Ultimarc Site) Sometimes you can also change the location of the ipac if the cables are too short...

  • @DutchManticore
    @DutchManticore Před rokem

    That looks great but one thing confuses me. Every Control Board is different. Some have 20 buttons some might have 90! How does the emulator for 300 different systems know what action to take on a button press?!

    • @TheDanielSpies_Arcades
      @TheDanielSpies_Arcades  Před rokem

      That is done within the emulator through mapping. In Mame for instance, you can map each button in s different way for every single game..

    Also was there a reason you chose not to do a spinner?

    • @TheDanielSpies_Arcades
      @TheDanielSpies_Arcades  Před 3 lety +1

      For this model I don’t really have a part list. But this one was pretty easy to make. Wiring diagram is not really needed as the Ultimarc boards are already labeled in a great way. Let me know if you get stuck with your build and I will try to help if needed.
