- Colorado's biggest holiday parade is returning to the Mile High City.
The 47th annual 9NEWS Parade of Lights will bring sparkling lights, marching bands, giant balloons and colorful floats to the streets of downtown Denver on Saturday, Dec. 4.
Produced by the Downtown Denver Partnership and presented by American Furniture Warehouse and Ent Credit Union, the Colorado holiday tradition dates all the way back to 1975 and has grown into the largest and most-watched parade in the Rocky Mountain region.

I just wish that the city of Denver would once again allow the nativity, the Menorah 🕎 and all other religious symbols that are expressed this time of year! It would make it so much nicer because all people would be represented!
They did have a nativity float in the parade. around 37 minutes
