@@squed591 Yeah it was a previous example of what happened to me with my lightning Wyvern, not the Fire Wyvern in the clip 🤣
One flyer tip that i love is using the Desmodus' night vision to see through the ocean to find rarer water creatures like basilosaurus and squid.
Yeah it's great for seeing through the water! :D
yeah it works with the snow owls hunter vision too
Also, when riding a wild crystal wyvern, going prone on its back is a good way to guarantee that you stay mounted.
There was a time where I was carrying a dino with my wyvern, and my buddy needed a pick up. And we did this to get back to base safely.
I love that i've been playing the game since release and i find myself still learning new things about it! Your videos are always great for that! You deserve so much more recognition and way more subs mate, crazy that you only have 18k and your content is far better than some of the big CZcamsrs out there!

Can starve-tame a Daeodon the same way. Having gone out and found a pig I want I harass it with my bird till it fires it's heal, then snatch it and take it to a pen as its food zeroes out. I've had mixed luck getting them to fire it after being separated and trapped and I've never had a starvation tick damage the tame (and I've tried, I don't think wild animals starve)
I knew most of the tips but still thoroughly enjoy watching all your videos! All so very well made, can really tell how much time you put in, a lot of people appreciate you mate!

Great video, but about the second passager method to regain stamina, i think is just way better to just have a sinomacrops in your shoulder, just dismount in the air, fly with the sinomacrops a few seconds and mount back, and would have regained the stamina, and works with any flying creature
Not everyone has a Sinomacrops though, they are still only available on Lost Island right now (Very sad about that fact btw) 😭.
Thanks! Yeah that is a good tip too, I didn't include it only because they are available on Lost Island and no other maps, choosing the method that is available to the majority of players :)

The wyvernbreath is even a danger in PVE with team dmg off, can't hurt your dinos in that mode but don't dare dismount.

I did not know about the sprint land for Desmo, I usually try and hit the land just before getting to the edge on those little outcrops in that Fjordur cave but it doesn't work all the time. Thank you! Recently using a Desmo I picked up an otter that was swimming in a shallow stream to drop it in water with more fish in it. Still want to test if it works with otters swimming close to the surface in lakes and such.
oh and impulsively jumping off a Wyvern while its still using it's breath attack... 2.5k hours in, still do it sometimes :D

Addition to Tipp 22: You don't have to sit on your owl while its healing. Dismount immediately after activating the heal. But make sure to get away as fast as you can cause otherwise the owl stunts you to. This is very usefull with a high stamina owl or with less stamina consumtion cause you dont have to sit for minutes on your owl. Just let them do there thing.
Yeah but I've also heard rumours it can get people banned on official though? I decided to avoid it tbh🙂
@@BEYPlaysGames i dont know but now i heared it that could be true. But also i think it depends on the situation. Doing it in the raid or on a dino which is soaking, im totaly fine with banning this people. But doing it in your base without harming anyone should be fine.

Love the video, but want to add some thing about the Griffin. The swoop attack can also hit multiple targets, that are grouped together.
Hate to be that guy lol but you can same that about pretty much every creature in the game, they can all hit multiple groups of targets lol 😆

Tip 0 for Qwerty PC gamers:
Rebind 'Mount', having it on 'E' *will* get you killed, too close to WASD. A problem for any tame but particularly lethal from flyers. I swap the default mapping of e and f
(Flyer dismount probably beats Raptors for my #1 killer all-time)

Another tip for the stamina Regen is if you get off your flyer an animation will play and it's stamina will bump itself up alot

On tip #18 idk if it's different from ASA but you can access other shoulder pets inventory, at least dimorphidon
Yeah in ASA you can do that with all Shoulder pets now, can only do it with the Sinomacrops in ASE :D
For new players - don't use the tip at 6:35, just net the quetzal and trap it on the ground or just ride a Desmo and shoot without having to whistle
New players may not have a Desmodus or net gun, you have to remember that the Desmodus are only available on Fjordur and new players usually start out on the Island map so they will not have the net projectile engram unlockable unless they transfer, this tip will be helpful to them.
@@BEYPlaysGames it takes 2 seconds to transfer off server though? IMO it would be a much more worth while investment for the beginner to take a few mins to transfer map and learn the necessary engrams to make their life 100x easier.
YA new players ain't going to have a Desmo or a net gun that they can just whip out their back pocket to play around with, why even nitpick something that is a an extremely useful tip to newer players, pretty certain when playing the Island this is the only method where you can ride ANY flyer while being able to shoot from a seat, and it is a quick one too.
@@drizzle4246 On a server yes and yes you're right, it's well worth the investment because the Desmo is op and so is the net gun. But a large percentage of new players playing ARK play Single Player, it's not as simple for new players to do that and even if they knew how to it would kind of ruin the whole experience going to another map when playing the Island just to cheese through it? 😁
The tapy tame for quetz can also be done with argy ❤

Thanks for watching! I'm not too sure really, I did used to play a lot of FPS games like Call Of Duty, Battlefield and Apex Legends back on the Xbox, it just gets easier the more you use it! Honestly though I do wish I would take the time to learn ARK on Mouse and Keyboard but I really am too lazy to want to start learning haha!

You can also acessable on aberration, just go to the surface at night and go to the broken Obelisks
I'm not sure what you mean sorry? Access what on Aberration? I just went to that timestamp and it's the Desmodus XD
@@BEYPlaysGames you said they can be used on other maps minus aberration, but if you go to the surface in aberration at night and go to the Obelisks, i am pretty sure you can upload and download creatures there too, alongside items
Yeah you can, but the Desmodus is unable to fly on the Aberration map, unless you have the setting for cave flying turned on, that's the only way to be able to fly a Desmodus on Aberration!@@CircusLover1967
