Some years ago I took live-in caregiver job in Tampa, being from Ohio my favorite part of living in Florida was the morning time sitting outside having my coffee and reading,every morning was 🌞and beautiful!!!! I'm back in Ohio now.I visit down around your home town several times a year!

When my kids were little, I used to use the juice concentrates from the freezer section and mix them with seltzer water so that they could have healthy "soda"! You could probably do it with iced tea or drink mix too.
I just wanna curl up on that patio sofa....aaah we wanted to go to Florida again this winter....its so addictive!! Especially since we've been shoveling snow every couple days this last month...wish you well on all your new ventures!! Isn't life grand and exciting when God's in the center? Little Oakland is growing up fast! Just seeing the kids makes me realize how much I miss my grandchildren. I like the logo for your company, I followed you on Instagram, love all the before and after shots. I really like that bathroom cabinet you picked up...it's so nice.your little guy looks like he's well on his way with all the reading he's doing. It's nice to see kids when they find something they enjoy. And as for your oldest son, blowing bubbles with your gum is a very important quality when you go to school, it's one of those things where kids all gotta see who can blow the biggest bubbles. I remember doing that back in my elementary school years. You have a lot going on in your life, just remember to take care of yourself and be extra good to your Mom for helping you out (although she clearly loves spending quality time with her grandchildren). Thanks for another awesome video. I did some shopping this week so I have what I need to make those recipes....poppy chicken and butter pecan cake is on the menu this week.

I was an early reader too! I don't even remember learning how to read. I was 4 and already reading in the first grade level in Kindergarten. Unfortunately, my 4 kiddos didn't inherit that gene and have struggled greatly with reading. And I totally get feeling overwhelmed and like everything can't get done or done as well as you'd like. This homeschooling, homemaking, and working is for the birds! I love all 3, but all together makes for one exhausted mama! Can't wait to see more of the flip house!
I'm so happy for you and Nic that your careers and dreams are blossoming! I praise God for that! Could you do us a favor and pray for my husband? He's been working so hard for so long towards a career advancement (and something he's so good at and loves so much), and they keep dangling the carrot, but nothing seems to move forward very much. It would help us out so much (his health, our finances, fixing up our own little fixer upper) if God would bless us with this advancement for him (and hopefully an adequate pay raise).

@@LynetteYoder thank you for asking💕we are warming up a lil😄from the low temperatures we had,in our area we went down to 0’F( which we had never experienced before) ,right now it’s 37’F but we are suppose to go up to 67’F today. We have very up and down weather( one day 21’ and the next 72’) but the snow is all gone. So looking forward to some spring weather 75’-80’👌🏽

I had a hard time getting used to the sparkling water at first too. But now, besides regular water and coffee, it's pretty much all I drink! I suggest drinking them very cold. They taste best that way. I also really love a brand called Waterloo. They have so many different flavors and taste amazing! I've not found one of theirs that I haven't liked. Sometimes I feel like I need that fizz and I'd always go for a Coke or something else high in sugar, these help so much!
