I recently purchased Yara and I love it! But when I first sprayed it, I said OMG, this smells like something I own. I went through my perfumes and discovered that it is an exact dupe for Laura Mercier Ambre Vanille! I looked up the notes for each perfume and they are almost identical with the exception of one or two notes. Definitely a clone. I can't tell the difference between the two. And Yara is cheaper, but performs way better! I own BIR (one of my faves) and don't get the similarity.
Thank God for all the ladies that compared it to Burberry Her Elixir! I hate that perfume more than any other so I’m glad I went for the Tous as a blind buy, hopefully it’s good :)
Pepe Jeans for Her by Pepe Jeans London has a closer scent to Yara .... I don't pull Donna Born In Roma at all. However, it is such a beautiful feminine fragrance!
This is hilarious. Someone else said it smells like cheirosa 62 and pepe jeans smells nothing like that. Lol it's fascinating how different people's noses are.
The fact commenters are saying it smells like existing fragrances that are nowhere near alike is hilarious to me. This is why I'm done with the blind buys. It's traumatizing to be told so many times something smells Creamy and luscious and you end up getting some nasty floral alcoholic mess. 😅
