I bought a Al Rehab perfume oil about 6 weeks ago and fell in love with it and wanted to find out about other Arabian perfumes. Last night I came across your review and channel and saw this and immediately felt drawn to Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud, I checked out Fragrantica as well but kept going back to your review and today was going to buy a small trial scent of this when I realized with postage ( in in Tasmania, Australia) it was going to cost me 1/3 of what the 75ml bottle would cost me here at Amazon from an Australian Perfume Retailer I trust, so I am blind buying but feel I will love it. Yes. A lot of people even think that Arabic perfumes have oud which is not the case for all…
Casablanca is worth every “scent.” It does sparkle, and is interesting. Nothing like Nobile 1942s La Danze, that is all apple vanilla. Casablanca is a sparkling white grape. If I overspray Casablanca I get a headache is it’s only drawback, I must have a sensitivity or something. Great scent though.
The scent is well-balanced, avoiding any overwhelming sweetness, and instead, it evolves into a subtle and sophisticated fragrance that lingers throughout the day. The longevity of the perfume is commendable, as it retains its captivating aroma without fading quickly.

Excellent video. I've just started my journey into Arabians (Al Haramain Junoon Rose, Lattafa Ana Abiyedh Rouge) and am really impressed and already have a list I want to try. These Arabian houses really are something else and have such exciting, incredible quality offerings. Time for a change from the usual overpriced designer brands that everyone else smells like.

I bought Swiss Arabian Shagaf Oud and Latafa Ana Abiyedh as my intro to Arabian perfumes and I’m OBSESSED! It is totally different but intoxicating, sweet, and complex. I love how it smells on my skin and you can’t beat the price point. Thank you Joanna! ❤

Kahmra is a gorgouse scent ..I found it was a bit on the heavy side initially a bit synthetic even , after 4 weeks resting it is just gorgouse , the praline & sweet spice are solid through the day ..for me, nebras is for sure one of the best scents around, I absolutly love it , its on the addictive side ;))) ..I get a rich caramel note ..blended so well ...

Great review I have a khamrah it leans more to feminine side due to its sweetness, I have few other Arabic dupes which would you recommend for me to layer it with Asad, l'aventure haramain intense and ameer al oud

In the air, they have a similar vibe, Rose 01 is sweeter, sharper and has more musk. I bought a back up bottle for Rose 01, because I think is the best alternative at a great price. And I also think that Nebras, has a Lira quality and it is so easy to wear, cosy..🥰

@@scentSensibility You have the best alternative for Atomic Rose, and it is Rose 01, especially in the air, Rose 01 is darker and stronger than Delina. Amethyst is also in my collection, but I gave that one to my bf, he loves it. Atomic Rose and Rose 01 are my signature scents, I will finish my travel size from Delina. I also love Florabotanica and I like and have Intense Cafe.

Where these Arabian cheapies reveal themselves is the dry down. Khamrah has a flash of deliciousness and then flattens into this cheap synthetic film. I spray my other arm with Absolute Aphrodisiac, Ivory Route, Baraonda, All the Queen's Men or Ambre Narguile and just laugh at the comparison-- not just quality of ingredients but technical composition. These dupes don't have enough dimension throughout their lifespan. That being said, for 30 quid Khamrah is a bargain. The bright stewed apple note is more apparent on my husband's skin than mine, and it has a delicious ghost note of almost toasted coconut (in a very similar way to the ghost note of toasted coconut in Plume Impression's 'Rivalite Imperiale'. Loved hearing your take on these fragrances, especially Casablanca which I've been hearing so much about over the last few years. Khamrah is the only fragrance I'll ever buy from a 'dupe house'. I just couldn't resist that description of the fragrance when I saw the price. 😄

I have both Casablanca and La Danza delle Libellule Nobile 1942 and they are 95% similar, but to me Casablanca smells nicer and doesn’t suffocate me like Nobile... so yeah... I never use the Nobile perfume again, although the bottle is art

Nebras is mainly vanilla in the dry down but the cacao is present the entire time.

I find shaghaf oud completely overpowering, and very strong.. almost offensive.. I don't know what it is. I just cannot get on board with it. I have so many Middle Eastern perfumes that I love. but not that one. I realize perfume is subjective to the wearer, but I just can't use it.. Casablanca is beautiful. Nebras is heaven.

Lataffa Khamrah and Ansaam gold are 2 perfume I'm most confused about.
Heyy they are not similar. Khamrah is in a whiskey glass bottle (sweet and boozy) while Ansaam Gild is in a maroon bottle (orange blossom & marshmallow) ☺️
May i ask where did you find Attar collection at €50? On their website it’s $200 and on grey market I wasn’t able to find it for less then €140 😢

I believe a lot of these inexpensive perfumes smell cheap. You can’t compromise on Oud

You could be right about this one since I recently bought the Lattafa by Khamrah and I didn’t quite get it. I mean it doesn’t seem to last on skin or clothes eat all. I almost believe now that when it comes to perfume expensive is way to go with most of them tbh
