The bottom number is the pump speed for how fast you want it to pump. The top number is the PSI reader, it can also be used to set custom PSI levels to auto stop the pump when it reaches the PSI level you set. If you set the PSI to 00 like you did it'll pump to the defaults for each vehicle type setting. It pumped to 36psi because that's the default for medium size cars, if you want to tweak the numbers for small or larger sized cars you have to custom set the top psi number for that. Like if you want 30psi instead you change the top number to 30 and it'll auto stop the pump when it reads 30psi.
Mine stopped working after the 2nd use!! The display won't even come on after being fully charged and I can't find any repair information online. And of course, I can't send it back since it waited until after 30 days to stop! Any suggestions from anyone?

No, the bottom is the psi will auto stop, the top is the active amount of air pressure in the tire. I have one like that.
great review thanks
You're my hero 🦸🏻♂️
How do you turn on the flashlight?
How do you change the attachments to inflat a ball?
Thank you…video convinced me that I need one.
Glad I could help
What was the tire pressure before you connected and how long did it take to go from that number to 36lbs?
Does it have a sensor to detect the psi that already exists in the tire?
U should’ve put the camera on the machine psi’s going up. So we could see in real time.

It takes 12 minutes to pump from 12 psi to 36, pretty good~
