@@kuurakuutamo Here's the hack. The King or the Queen make deals with the Original People of lands. Once the Treaty is done, the Imperial Parliament moves in a clones itself on foreign land (parasitism). Next, a law society moves in to create fake laws. Next, since the laws are of a foreign nature, v the Original People's customs and traditions, are "policies", and with the word "Police" rooted in "policy", the "police" are the ones who force the Original People under the spell of the clone governing structure. When a Treaty is done, it is only natural the "other side" would employ their own staff as overseers. So, administrators, policy enforcers, accountants, support staff etc. would be needed. However, like with the Syrian Refugee Crisis, England, 1066 and the Norman Conquest which embraced the planet 2015 to current, flooding the Original People's land with others is the key. Population dilution! Original People are savages! We'll give you free land etc.I suppose this is exemplified with the "State" flag complete with the Union Jack....FYI, the Imperial Parliament was invented by the Vatican through the "monastic movement" by Augustine, 597 Thanet, England. "Our modern western legal system was invented by the Vatican. The lawyers are B. A. R. attornies: British Accredited Regency ... a "Regent" is one who stands in stead of the ruler (pope inc.). @imyou5437 Před 3 lety +5

tribal sovereignty has nothing to do with gender and race- and multiple supreme court cases shows and explains (if you choose to read) just that. It is a political governmental relation with one nation and another (one the US considers a domestic nation). Each tribal citizen is a dual citizen, one of their tribal nation and one of the US.

So WHY doesn't a Native Lawyer re-file this case that Andrew Jackson REFUSED to follow that has set the precedent for all US Indian law and get today's Supreme Court to re-examine it? WHY NOT?

    • @noconaroubideaux9423
      @noconaroubideaux9423 Před 3 lety +6

Because Jackson used a whole bunch of loopholes to not actually violate the Supreme Court's authority. For one, the Removal Treaties were done to put this Constitutional crisis to rest. The SC ruled that Georgia could not extend its laws over the Cherokee Reservation. Jackson, in turn, treated with the Cherokee to remove to Indian Territory and give up their lands in Georgia. Since this effectively abrogated the Cherokee reservation, Georgia was no longer violating the SC decision because there was no longer a reservation so Georgia extending its laws over that land was no longer at odds with the SC decision. Another big loophole was the Congressional recess. The matter would have been sent to Congress had Georgia refused to comply with the SC decision. However, Georgia never said they weren't going to abide by the SC's decisions. They simply just didn't say anything so the matter could not go to Congress in a timely manner and Congress broke for recess before it could reach them. By the time Congress returned from its recess, Jackson had already begun removal and there was no real need for Congress to intervene.
All of that might seem like it doesn't really relate to your point but, since Jackson never did anything technically illegal and, once the Cherokee Nation reservation was sold to the government, Georgia was no longer violating the law.

@@noconaroubideaux9423 The 1835 Treaty of New Echota wasn't signed by a majority of Cherokee leaders and/or citizens, which was required. The US didn't care, and violated the treaty. An argument could be made that later treaties were indeed signed, changing the previous agreements. I would argue that these new treaties, and most of the 300 that have been signed between the US and Indian Nations, were signed under duress. There is even an Indian treaty in D.C. that still has blood on it.

1:02 I would argue it wasn't as simple as, "...they were seen as inferior people...". More likely is that this refusal to let sovereign nations raise their own armies is due to the simple fact that the conquering people did not want the conquered peoples to rise up against them. If the U.S. really believed Native Americans to be "inferior", why would it care if they raised armies or not? It seems more accurate to me to observe the fact that nations kept weak and subservient don't pose a threat. This, more than racism, is the "why" behind the refusal to let sovereign nations raise their own armies.

No, they’re not “basically” their own nations. They are their own nations. Governments cannot revoke the sovereignty of another group because sovereignty ultimately comes from the Creator. He gives it and dispossess it at will. Now, as for the matter of recognition.. well that does fall under the grasp of man and it is his choice to do so or not. But! What can you do about that!? Let's set the record straight, here is who Columbus and others saw when they reach the shores of Turtle Island known as America today.
      Columbus Himself
According to renowned American historian and linguist Leo Weiner of Harvard University, one
of the strongest pieces of evidence to support the fact that Black people sailed to America before
Christopher Columbus was a journal entry from Columbus himself. In Weiner’s book, “Africa
and the Discovery of America,” he explains that Columbus noted in his journal that the Native
Americans confirmed “black skinned people had come from the south-east in boats, trading in
      gold-tipped spears.”
      The Accounts of
      Other European Explorers
Christopher Columbus wasn’t the only European explorer who made note of an African presence
in the Americas upon his arrival. Historians revealed that at least a dozen other explorers,
including Vasco Nunez de Balboa, also made record of seeing “NEGROES” when they reached the
New World. The accounts match up with the reports from the natives in Mexico. Nicholas Leon,
an eminent Mexican authority, recorded the oral traditions of his people and ultimately kept track
of a key piece of evidence that Black people made it to the New World far before their European
counterparts. His reports revealed accounts from natives saying “the oldest inhabitants of Mexico
WERE BLACKS. [T]he existence of blacks and giants is commonly believed by nearly all the races of
our sail and in their various language they had words to designate them.
THE GRAVES NEVER LIE IT'S THE LIVING THAT LIES
      Ancient African Skeletons
      Discovered in the New World
There have been many instances of archaeologists discovering skulls and skeletons that they
believed clearly belonged to people of African descent. Polish professor Andrzej Wiercinski
revealed the discovery of African skulls at Olmec sites in Tlatilco, Cerro de las Mesas and Monte
Alban. Even more ancient African skeletons that would clearly predate Columbus’ arrival in the
Americas were discovered throughout Central America and South America with some even
being unearthed in what is now California.

The thing is that American Indians have contributed greatly to the US. It isn't pity, those were signed agreements between sovereigns. The US didn't and doesn't give sovereignty, the American Indian nations are inherently sovereign and exercise it. American Indian citizens still pay sales tax and income tax. The tribe as a whole does not pay state tax, because why would a sovereign pay another? Still, states sue tribes in court regularly. It also can't be counted out the American Indians who have lobbied to make these deals possible, since they have tribal and American citizenship.

Our Indigenous Peoples of the North American continent were rich in land, culture and resources before colonization. It is the very act of colonization that placed us in positions to live like those from 3rd world countries. Before reservations were mandated for us in the north to live on, we did not live in poverty. The same for our relations to the south - it was the effects of colonization that created the conditions for some of your people to live in poverty. Colonization did us no favors. It plummeted our cultures into loss of languages, cultural practices and poverty stricken existence, which many have never recovered from and some are at different levels of their recoveries. Rethink your ideas of colonization as a person of indigenous roots.

We grew enough crops to feed more than just our family. They killed pigs, canned food and put food in the freezer. They really worked hard...I say this because by the time I came along...they had gotten old...but they were still farming. They were work-a-holics. We owned our own farm and they didn't know the word stop. I am glad for my upbringing. Today, I know how to plant a garden, cure bacon and ham, fish, and cook. Never learned canning I always did the prep work for it. Their favorite saying was, "Paul said, if you don't work you don't eat." They depended on themselves. They came and went as they pleased. You should have seen there gardens they were beautiful for the eye to see. I believe colonization is not designed for you to rise up and become totally independent of your colonizers. They came because they said you cannot manage without us and that is just the way it is. Even if they have to create the conditions to make it so their goal is to keep you dependent. That's my opinion. PS: It has been declared by the UN that there will be no more colonization. It is every man for himself.

There were also megalithic structures here like pyramids which are believed to belong to a more ancient civilization who happens to be white. I think what the colonizers did when they came here is nasty and I don't believe in conquering other people's but that happened generations ago and the descendants of the white people are not responsible for it. As a society we can work towards repairing the damages inherited by the descendants of the natives who were here here during the time of conquering this land and developing this country but this is officially the home of all races and a majority of the people who live here are officially indigenous to this land. Not one colonizer or settler is still present and their ideals and standards have all but died with them. Shaking fists at white people is racist. You are being conditioned to target the wrong enemy.
