Not only is he the greatest entertainer in the history of humankind. At the time of this video, Michael Jackson was the coolest man alive. I’ve fantasized about what it must’ve been like to be like him. To sing like him… to move like him. Everything he did was absolute precision. It’s a shame what happened to him. We were about the same age, so I watched him grow up. I remember the first day we were introduced to him as one of the Jackson Five. He was a kid like me, but he sure could sing, and he sure could dance. Then one day I was in a mall, and people were gathered around a television on display. I went to see what was up, and there was a timer counting down. . 3 . . 2 . . 1 . . Those strangers and I watched the “Thriller” video for the first time. It was pure magic. Sad what happened to him. We lost an amazing member of our species. There will never be another Michael. He was a one-of-a-kind. He was a megastar! He had the likes of Elvis on speed-dial. In fact he’s probably hanging out with him as I type this comment. Him and Elvis, Princess Di, Freddy Mercury, George Michael and the Prince. All hanging out talking about how they lived in the best era of all time, and arguing about who had become the most famous. Okay, I’m done.
