Lovebites - Bravehearted (1st Session With New Bassist Fami) 4K + Sub: Eng & Esp

- On October 21, 2022, Fami was announced as the new bassist for Lovebites after the departure of the previous bassist Miho who was also the co-founder and leader of Lovebites. A bassist virtuoso, Fami has been very well known before ever joining Lovebites as she has gotten in 4 years more than 670,000 subscribers on her own personal youtube channel. That means that as of 2023, Fami actually has over 6 times the amount of subscribers that Lovebites themselves have on their own official youtube channel. Fami seems to already have brought good luck to the band as the first album with her on bass, "Judgement Day", released on February 22, 2023, peaked at number 5 in total album sales in Japan on the Oricon charts. That is the highest spot that Lovebites has reached up to this point in Japanese album sales. After Fami formally joined, the band recorded with her on bass a live in-studio performance of "Bravehearted", a track that was originally released by Lovebites on their first EP and later on their first studio album. This performance of "Bravehearted" with Fami is marked by Lovebites as the first official performance with her as a member of the band. A short version of this was used to announce Fami as the new bassist on youtube. This is the full length version with on screen English subtitles for the song lyrics.

LOVEBITESとしての歴史は浅いようですが、バンド創設者であるリズムセクション２人は、元々別のバンドをやっていたキャリア組。
そこが大きかったと思います。

I think LOVEBITES are five wonderful people. As Miyako said, first of all, managing the health of the five of us is the most basic of basics, and we want to respect each other and grow as a band. Everyone has said this at some point. Miho left due to some reasons during the pandemic, but with new family members, everyone is becoming more and more active. We are a group of honor students who are a model not only for bands but also for organizations in the world. No one knows what will happen in the future, but this band is precious to me and I want it to continue for many years to come, even if the members change.
Man this is great. Fami is a pleasure to watch with the other ladies. She just perfect for Lovebites.

現代の日本の音楽シーンに於いてHMというジャンルは限りなくニッチではあるけれども、こうして若い女性グループが最高峰のHMを極めて聴かせてくれている状況に、おじさんは涙してしまう訳です
あと他の方も仰ってますが、harunaさんのドラム…凄すぎますね！テクニック的には世界レベルで見てもトップクラスだと思います。本当に凄い！

after years of watching Fami｡ちん jam in her room, there's two things i can't used to: 1) seeing Fami｡ちん's face. 2) how freaking *tall* that girl really is! when she was jamming in her room, there was just the door behind her, so nothing to define scale...
still, Fami｡ちん is an *awesome* fit for Lovebites. they scored big-time with Fami｡ちん!
Tall? Fami is 5'2" tall, which ties her with Miyako as the tallest member of the band. Haruna is the shortest at 4'9". In other words, there is an awful lot of talent packed into the small frames of these wonderful ladies.

The Album with Blu-ray has the Auditions documentary, this song Bravehearted and 3 other songs,
The Hammer of Wrath, Shadowmaker and Golden Destination. It was awesome to see how quickly FAMI adapted the the Lovebites songs.
Does it mean there is a shadowmaker video with included?
@@onetymebigtyme The 3 songs they used for auditions did include shadowmaker, it is a studio live play through. So all three songs are just the band with their instruments playing the songs with Fami for the first time. Fami did great. The quality of the sound is basically their live set minus the stage and extra effects.

Wow. Whomever mixes the music deserves a gold star. They have done an amazing job and making the bass present in the music. Most bands end up pushing it so far back into the mix that it's nearly inaudible. It's an amazing instrument if played and mixed properly. Keep it up.
It's the same team of audio engineers/producers that works for Nightwish.
That bass hits hard (I know part of it is just the mix, but a great intro of Fami !! Don't worry, we all love Miho as well here)
