鬆身要練到脊椎每個關節及其核心肌群、每個椎間盤及韌帶要鬆開,印證的方法是練成後身高會多1-2公分。我是學整脊的,我們家族有脊椎關節痛的特質、類似僵直性脊椎炎,因病學整脊。
谢谢前辈的指点,小弟是在2009照MRI发现颈椎3,4,5压迫神经线导致左手麻痹,后来在练功时就注意顶头悬,虚灵顶劲,去年医生有再照X光片医生说,已经回位一切正常,小弟自己看X光片也看出切实已经正常。当然间中也有做颈椎调整的物理治疗,小弟右手偶尔会在某个动作时会发抖已经有25年之久,目前在学原始点,发现按摩肩胛会有改善,奇怪的是小弟长期颈部及肩膀疼痛,一痛小弟就要去休息睡觉放松,那么就会舒服。小弟很想了解这应该是什么问题?前辈能给小弟以上的种种问题给指点明路吗?谢谢
