New Zealand Bakery style Eggless Black Forest Cake recipe | Non-Alcoholic and Alcoholic version

- In this video let us see how to make New Zealand Bakery style Eggless Black Forest Cake recipe.
Unlike the regular Black Forest Gateaux, this recipe has the filling of chocolate whipped cream and homemade cherry compote.
Today I am sharing the Non-Alcoholic Black Forest Cake recipe which is also eggless. But you can easily convert it into alcoholic version too.
How to make Alcoholic Black Forest Cake?
At step 2 along with the sugar and water just add 50ml Kirsch Liqueur and boil.

I had a doubt too.. how to measure 2/3 cup and can we use normal granulated sugar or should we use powdered sugar?
Do not use ordinary sugar for icing cakes. You need to use icing sugar. For 2/3 cup, put whatever you want to grams into Google if you don't have a cup that measures 1/3.
