Power is a standard wall outlet plug and it looks like you don't have to bury the assembly but then it wouldn't be flush with the ground like the video it would be above ground. Which would still look good if decorated well.

It'll just overflow into the landscape. You can plumb an overflow in the side of the basin over to a french style or other type of drain.
