The bathroom is not private. You need to ask before using it. There are some passengers that use just the bathroom.

Not only for the business class but if you're on a economy class than Turkish airlines also give you free transit to hotel with free breakfast and dinner

Yes, but this is a service within the airport for business class passengers only.
