Fault Finding On A Battery Powered Scrubber Dryer

This is a video showing some fault finding and diagnostics on a Tennant T300e battery scrubber dryer. That is having issues with charging and run time.
The owner of this machine was having run time issues where the run time had dropped massivly and recharge times should be around 14 to 16 hours the machine was done after 90 mins. So this machine has been collected by ourselves and brought to our workshop for an over haul as there are a few other issues that need fixing as well. Which i may or may not make a video about.
This is the first video using the new tis e217 multimeter i picked up for £20. i am quite enjoying it at the moment but time will tell if i continue using it as workshop meter.
We look after and maintain quite a few scrubber dryers we particulaly like the tennant stuff which we consider the rolls royce of scrubber dryers. i will outline this in another video one day.
Disclaimer: Only work with scrubber dryer electrics and electronics if you feel comfortable and have confidence in your ability. scrubber dryers can be quite dangerous in the wrong hands they can quite easly knock you over or crush you.
