Happy to see DJI putting in this time and effort for their customers. They are an equipment manufacturer and for them to offer a prosumer level educational tutorial using third party software is really refreshing. This same tutorial goes for all of you GoPro users out there thinking your camera sucks and your footage doesn't look radical enough... You're probably using the wrong mount and framing your shot wrong as well.
bruh DJI is on top. Can't believe they made a video on this lol.
Much appreciated
Wow, this was a surprisingly GOOD color grading tutorial for the MA2. The advanced techniques here are welcome!
Today I tried this tutorial skills on my video and it seems it is much better looking and naturally beautiful instead of excessive color bombing haha. Yesterday I just watched and did not do any exercise so it felt very complicated. Now I can make clouds stand out in my footage!!!
Moreover, I can better understand why people say raw or log video format has more room for editing hahaha.
I started with Mavic air 2 and I got DJI pocket 2! I can record my precious memory with these and I wish even after 50 years or so I can just sit on a couch and play my memories of the past and have a can of beer in my hand telling my grandchildren that I have lived a fun and happy life!
Thank you!!!
Enjoy your creativity journey !
Great tips DJI!!!
dang, that was impressive
Very good tutorial!
Can you advise what is the difference between D cinelike & the 10 bit D log in mavic 2 pro ?
Very very very useful, thanks !
I have been looking for such tutorial, thanks DJI
Thanks for your tip , good job, keep it up,
That's amazing! Now I can use it for my D-CLike video recorded with Osmo Pocket.
i did, its sick, thanks
Very good helpful tutorial. Also helpful with the pocket 2
Do you use optimized medias for theses corrections?
Thanks. Great explanations 🤩🤩
Hello. Tell me how to correctly interpret DJI D-Log (INSPIRE 2) in rec709?
I'm also shooting a drone aerial with Phantom 4!
Well done DJI!!!
Wow
😃

THX!
Primeiro like, mereço um patrocínio kk
Wow 👌🤩 this is so Amazing and never look this is the Drone.👍👍
Is D-cinelike LOG profile? It looks how log, but you edit it like regular rec.709 (just with low contrast). What color space and gamma have D-cinelike?
was wondering the same
Can you please do a video for the Pocket 3 for DLOG.M and HLG
Are all dcinelikes from dji the same? great they sell products that end support after a few months and don't have any specific information about that product on their website
🤩🤩🤩👏👏👏😍
What program is this?
can u please make a D-cinelike color grading with Premiere Pro Software..plz
Hey I was in a rush to get some drone footage of cyclists I knew doing the pmc and during that rush I accidentally turned on my Mavic air 2 with the gimbal protector on which I know is bad but I saw right away and landed and took it off the gimbal seems fine it can still pitch and yaw from the controller well and stabilize videos the same to my eye still I don’t know If I broke anything or if it’s okay
If it seems to be okay and still works it is okay. I does not break if you turn it on with the cover. It has a self protecting feature.
Ferdinand Wolf okay great, thank you
Great video. But in what program is that done, dji photoshop or something else?😁
Hi Mario,
The software is DaVinci Resolve 16
Would love to know the project settings to know your starting point, especially regarding color profile. Great tutorial.
what program is that
i’m so confused
@@hehe7846 Davinci Resolve, a free editing and color grading tool
Does anyone have any idea what the input gamma would be in the color space transform for D-Cinelike footage? I haven't been able to find this information anywhere.
Hi there Have you figured what is the input gamma no luck here
Pretty sure Davinci still doesn't have one for D-Cinelike @@robertkwela8186
Premierpro Tutorial???
I have trouble following the color grading. Also my editing software doesn't look like what you use. Need a basic, basic, grading tutorial.
Download DaVinci Resolve. The Basic Version is free!
Segundo! kkk
cannot import file dcine from dji mini pro 3 to davinci resolve
Im having the same issue, did you manage to do it?
For me 2.7k is enough for what I want, 249gr is great, over 25 minutes of flight time and the price is on the spot of what I wanted to spend on a new drone. The decision was a no brainer and I bought the Combo.
The mavic mini is nice but i recently sold mine and bought the air 2 mostly because the wind is a big issue when i fly it. Almost lost it on a mountain very close to me. The air 2 is superior in every way. Design, control, ease of use, features. I really like the flat color profile it offers for grading. The up and down speed is much faster as well. The mink feels like a toy. Ompared to the air 2
mini is good for kids 5years old and under
The mini 2 is good and has almost no fly restrictions.
what software is being used?
Hey Eduardo, it is based on DaVinci Resolve as mentioned on 0:27.
DJI Tutorials is it possible on the free version too or just the paid?
I have final, cut Mac , you didn’t even state what to set drone settings at first ? Shocking
Why so much noise in D-cinelike?
What is your software editor?
Hey Von, the tutorial is based on DaVinci as the coloring tool.
@@DJITutorials What is the best editor for DJI drone Raw Images/videos 😇
AMAZING 🤩🥰, I wish I can get the drone🥺
You should get it’s not that much there awesome toys to have when I fly the DJI drones in public everyone goes up to me and say how do you fly it then I show them and the camera of 4K camera
This seems to be made for people who already have knowledge of color grading, can we get a videos that’s for beginners please, and to be quite honest I don’t think people who already know how to color grade need your tips
I needed exactly these tips! Perfect video
Thank, totally-not-a-robot.
Made it look kinda like go pro colors.
What apps/software is this
Hi Nurans, The software is DaVinci Resolve 16

How to zoom DJI Mavic air 2
Hello there, “4K ZOOM”, “2.7K”, and “1080P” support digital zooming.
After entering the recording mode (except for “4K WIDE”), the zoom rate icon appears on the right side of the image transmission page.
1. Click the zoom rate icon, the camera will zoom in integer times, 1X, 2X, 3X, or 4X.
2. Hold the zoom rate icon, and then drag up and down to realize the Dolly Zoom effects in 0.1X increments.
3. Press and hold the Fn button and rotate the dial simultaneously to enable the zoom function. The zoom rate is the same as that in “2”, and the increment is also 0.1X.
Hope this helps.
@@DJITutorials how about in photo mode?
@@meone310 Hi there, the zooming feature is not available in photo mode, thank you for your attention.
cool Tutorial, but to fast for me as a real Davinci beginner.
But thx anyways :)
Only if it was done in FCPX
Yuk! DR is the king of colour grading.
*PLEASE ADD MOTION TRACK TO MAVIC MINI!!!*
Well, that's why he's much cheaper then other drones. I wouldn't count at adding this function.
The Gibson Yeah, this is never gonna happen (especially without obstacle avoidance or APAS)
Which aplication?
Hey, it is based on DaVinci Resolve as mentioned on 0:27.

DJI Tutorials You have opened 5.8 frequency for Mavic Mini in Ukraine. Open 5.8 for Mavik Air, the first in Ukraine !!!
Dear DJI Tutorials !
Very nice video indeed.
I am having noise trouble when using DCinelike, much more than compared with using regular coloring.
What would you suggest ? I'm using ISO 100 all the way and the noise is there even in daylight in darker areas.
Therefore I switched back from DCinelike again ...
I put up a test here: czcams.com/video/xGDilGRRfQo/video.html
Thanks for your help !
Hi Josef, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties that you encountered. Kindly please contact our support team via www.dji.com/support, we'll do our best to help this out.
Can you make a video for using Adobe Premiere Pro ?
Davinci Resolve is free. You can just edit your footage in Premiere Pro then export the XML to Davinci Resolve for color grading.
This really sucks for us colorblind people. 😞
I feel ya. I feel like I have an excuse for just slapping LUTs and effects on my footage.
Too much hassle for a few seconds clip. =\
Is it just me or anyone else can see some terrible artefacts in the sky once he changes the hue?
I wish they'd hire an actual real colograding professional. So many mistakes made, and so many good explanation missed.
What are the mistakes
what program is this?
Hi Zach, the tutorial is based on DaVinci as the coloring tool.
Looks like Davinci Resolve 16 Studio
