- Spreading topsoil on this new construction home. This was the yard I rough graded a week or so ago, I'm finally back to finish it. Although I ran short of dirt and the water line is leaking. But it is closer and hopefully I will finish it up this week. Thanks for watching! #EliteEarthworks #Takeuchi #topsoil

So interesting to hear the difficulties with this project. You are the MAN!
There's a reason builders come to you Brandon, you do great work with what you are given. 👍👍🐕🇨🇦❤️
You are the yard man, great job!
The GOAT! Been off of youtube for a week, glad to see an oldie but goodie! You are STILL the best. Let me know when i can come and learn at your feet sir!
Very interesting assessment of the quality of dirt in dealing with the grading process! Wow... didn't know all of that goes into it....
Nice soil for grass! Nice Job!
Turned out really nice as usual! I totally get what you're saying about the thin spread. It curls up around the edge of whatever you're trying to spread. But it turned out great! Thanks for the video!
Beautiful job for what you had!👍🏻
You have done a little bit of good 👍 job on spreading the topsoil I love ❤️ your video 📷 the come more and more amazing I can't wait for the next episodes
Nice working
Doing a nice job as usual
Great job !!!%
Hey top soil in Palm Beach county has gone up 300% in one year. They have a soil here that comes from the muck of Lake Okeechobee. It's comes from the sugar cane Farms. This stuff is great growing material. We have to do an exchange program. Will send you topsoil you send us some of that great red clay for the use of making some good ponds. Lol thanks for the videos enjoy your weekend
Elite Yardworks nice to see the 250 getting some exercise instead of ripping through rock 🤷♂️ 👍
Looks good 👍 topsoil here in va is Rare the few people that have it sells it for a very high price
Sure. Seems like you always have to make several trips to the job site to get them done. Hope they are close to the shop.
That Takeuchi would be great with a 4in1 bucket
Hey Brandon, we all missed you last night on Juniors and junkyards feed !!
I've used a harley power rake with a cat track skid steer maybe slightly smaller than your skid steer and yes, you're right... That is definitely the way to go. I can't say enough good things about that implement especially when it's ran from a skid steer. I rented both pieces of equipment to prepare my whole yard for seed and what a game changer. I learned how to use it from "Dirt Ninja" on CZcams (highly recommend). The key is knowing how to properly use one, it saves tons of time but unfortunately they are very expensive. Good job, and good luck.
Test drove any new CTLs recently? The newer Takeuchi’s look like monsters. Always good seeing a finish grade video.
