PREP LTC: Building Capacity for Clinical Placements in Long-Term Care

The Preceptor Resource and Education Program in Long-Term Care (PREP LTC) provides funding, support and education to Ontario long-term care (LTC) homes to help them build sustainable clinical placement programs.
