Neighborhood Enrichment Team Program - Highlight of Events at Camelback Post Acute Care and Rehab

As part of a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) nursing home effort, Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG) launched the Neighborhood Enrichment Team (NET) Program to facilitate community engagement and enhance the quality of life of nursing home residents. Through the NET Program, HSAG partnered with Camelback Post Acute Care and Rehab in Phoenix, Arizona, and collaborated with community businesses and other entities to organize events and activities of interest for the residents. This video captures the collaborative efforts of HSAG, Camelback, the community, and residents, and shares the joy these events and activities brought to the residents.
