I've used the Eucerin Urea... literally the best. Helped to help my body acne. Also paired it with the Eucerin Shower Oil, perfection. Took away acne, soft an hydrated skin, skin stopped to itch. Bottles last me for two months at a time.

Love your videos! Would you have time to do one on deodorants? I used to never use it because my skin would break out, finally got my skin pigment back to normal when the necessaire AHA was recommended. My pits burned so bad and all the hyperpigmentation came back 😢 now I’m back to not using anything

Please let me know on that one product. My Dr. recommended, but now I now that they often get paid to push, only thought that consisted of prescriptions.
Not a good product. Too many caucasian and people of color skin burn with it. Idk why, that's what my friend who worked for them said

Hi Doctor V! Great video as usual. I have a question. All my life I've seemed to be more sensitive to dry skin that others. On my lips specifically. Others around me can go without lip balm, chapstick, and just lick their lips but I've never been able to do that because my lips burn when they get dry so I constantly have to use vaseline on them. Is this a condition? Or am I just more sensitive to dry lips than others?

Great video as always 👍 but I’ve seen many dermatologists videos where they suggest not to spend more money on Wash off products (face Wash, cleansers, body wash, shampoo) & lip balm.
So how does it make any difference because I don’t want to waste money on Wash off products either & Vaseline does a good job for my winter lips.
Also what’s the harm with the fragrances in the wash off products as it’s not sticking on our skin?

You are so right about the vit c naturium one I got it because all were saying is soo good and I'm sure it is for some but I'm dark skin brown skin tone and oh was this bad for my skin I thought maybe it was me so I kept using it but no no no I ended up using it to wash pieces of cloth to not waste it .. I'm sure it's nice for some tones but for me it wasn't and ure first explaining to me why ..wow this may seem simple to some but for our skin type it really makes a big diff what we use I wish I knew all this yrs ago I'm in my 40s and oh how I wish because all you've said is true all that damged me severely and over time and how now I see a diff changing it ..oh how I wish I knew yrs ago but God is good He came though and I'm grateful..thank you..

Hi Dr V. Thank you so much for creating this channel and putting your knowledge and advice out there for people with skin of colour. This is not related to this video but I am a fellow Indian like yourself. I’m currently using the Cerave moisturising cream as recommended by yourself but I don’t like the way it looks on my skin; makes my skin look dull rather than healthy & moisturised, is this normal? I have dry/combination skin. I prefer my skin to look healthy & glowing when I moisturise. Does it improve skin overtime? As I am around the same age as you and even though I don’t suffer from issues like acne, my skin is quite dull as it’s not producing as much sebum as when I was younger. Also are there any other affordable moisturisers that you can recommend from Boots/Superdrug apart from Cerave? Also pls could you do a review on the Sukin range at Boots? Pls I would appreciate it very much if you could reply. Thank you 🙏

I’m currently pregnant and have been looking at all ingredients and her website shows “pregnancy safe products” if you search it in the search bar! Her body wash is not pregnancy safe because of the Retinaldehyde. Us pregnant mamas have to stay away from retinol! Hope this helps :)

Thank you for this video. I have eczema and really dry skin, so I have been using the Aveeno Skin Relief Body Wash for a few years now, and it is excellent. It doesn't strip my skin or make me itchy; instead, it gently cleans and moisturises my skin, so I am glad you approve of this product.
Please give us your thoughts about the Bioderma Shower Oil (or a video about shower oils) and the other Naturium Body Washes.
I definitely want to try the Dr V Body Wash because I haven't been able to find a body wash in the UK with retinol or all the ingredients you have mentioned.
