I was wondering where you have been. Oh my God welcome back. The style you just made is amazing and so beautiful. Thank you so much and I am voting B for the tutorial.
Thanks ma'am. Good to know you're back. I like your tutorials. Keep up! I would like to know the 30" you measured from the shoulder...what is it for? How many yards of tulle did you use pls? Kindly try and improve on your audio. Could hardly hear you, also video quality. Thanks
The 30" is where u will input your hip measurements and from there rule straight down to the hem of the dress( basically, that's where the wing of the boubou ends)......I bought 3yards of tulle but it remained small
Welcome back, sis! A well-detailed tutorial, keep it up!! I'm a bit confused about your folding and calculation at the split. Please always show how you fold materials for those of us who are learners. Thanks
Noted ma, the slit lenght is 24 on the dress(actually u need 23 inches, but u know u will still have to folding the hem of you dress by 1inch, that why u need to make 24).....now for the fabrics required for slit u will need 23 twice ( ...that's why I place the fabric into 2folds , with the bottom part closed) then the width is 20inches So basically the piece cut is 46inches by 20inches (but by the time that's place on fold u have 23by 20)
@@abujatailor Thanks alot for the tutorial madam, but pls is it a must we double the slit to make it 46, what if l make mine 23 , does it have any effect on the finishing? Thanks as l await your response dearie.
I think I like you Yinkus, your style of sewing, cool and steady, going right away to subscribe. But try and put it on Next Time, very important though.
Thanks for another brilliant video as usual. Your videos truly and honestly inspires me. I just have one curious question; At the back hem of the boubou, is it possible to have it curved rather than straight then add few inches to the mid section (inverted pleat slit) to form a trail look?
This is an amazing work. We'll explained and detailed. Thank you for making sewing so easy. I will like to know if it's compulsory to double the ankara you inserted into the back slit. If the ankara is a bit thick, won't it be heavy? Please reply as I want to make the dress now. Thanks
Excuse me ma I just want to ask that what is the name of the iron that you're using on this video .I just love it how it works, am just getting fake iron everytime
I am so glad that you are back and better. I missed you like kilode.infact you are simply the best teacher because you show you cutting and sewing in details I mean practically for us to see not by words please do keep it up.if it is possible to subscribe several times I will surely do nevertheless you get there in Jesus name.
