Tutorial: Chain & Lock

Watch this video to see how to lock your Veloci Spirit with the AXA chain lock.
1. lock and attach your bike, close the integrated lock
2. Attach the chain around the bike stand/pole and guide the lock end through the ring and into the ring lock
3. Once the lock is fully secured you can take the key out.
ATTENTION: To make sure the bike is fully locked you have to hear a "clicking sound".
WARNING: Do not leave the chain attached to the integrated lock, it does not stay in place as long as the lock is open.
Have you lost the key to your bicycle lock and battery?
Bizbike does not store duplicates for security reasons.
You should therefore take a photo of the white sticker on your bicycle key.
With the code on the sticker, you can go to keyservice.axa... and order an extra copy. If you lose the key and have not kept the code, a technician will have to replace the lock and battery lock.
