When the Oilers took Griffin Reinhart for the 16th overall pick that became Barzal I was thrilled. I never imagined he'd be this good but I knew the oilers got hosed there and Griffin wasn't good. I was surprised barzal was still on the board with what he did in the WHL
He has Jagr like puck control. There's not many people ever that can end up with 4 NHL players surrounding him with the puck and not turn it over. The way he can circle back by the blue line is amazing stick handling and skating.
When I think of Barzal, I think of a good skater that tries to be too flashy and to too much useless stuff on the ice... that's why he doesn't get goals or many assists skating as good as he does... always trying to make 1 extra flashy play

Guy is so fast and smooth, I'd love to see him with a little more confidence to dance through guys, cause he'd draw a ton of penalties at worst.
