I guess it's safe to assume that they're not telling us every single purchase that they make,Armenia may have some cruise missile shopping on the down low. This this some radar systems coming in from France, the Pinaka missiles from India with their radar and guidance systems.
They have access to all their arms with the exception of nuclear weapons,they are buying some secret stuff.

im dont know much about military tactics but shouldnt you first worry about drones before obtained artillery which can only be used against ground forces?
