Had me crying and laughing as well and both at the same time. My wife and I are both in our early 50's and have been married for 32 years. We even dated for 5 years before we married and we have never seen such an accurate depiction of ourselves in a film about two people in love. The man who wrote this must love his wife very much and know true happiness. This was honest and humble. I think I just learned to appreciate life a little more. My wife and I have actually never been happier or more in love than we are today. We also recently found out we will be grandparents soon. So nice to share this life with an Irish Lady. I looked this up because I know the Irish have a way with poetry and my wife is Irish. I hoped to find something good and got more than I could have imagined. Very well done.

Same here Paul, been married 44 yrs. More in love today than 44 yrs. ago. It is a deeper love, a mutual respect. One son and two grand kids that are old enough now to have kids of their own. I turn 70 and my wife is 5 yrs. and a week younger. Cheers Paul.

What a beautiful movie. The actors were fantastic. I laughed and chuckled at the cute humor, and cried at the funeral. I agree with you, Paul, what a great depiction of what LOVE can be. How lucky to be loved as beautiful as Len loved Ruby❤️.

I had no idea the story will take turn like this ! I was just crushing on Leonard badly!So Handsome ! Literally Cant stop crying watching this ! Oh my God ! This was so Beautiful and intense and most emotional thing i ever watched !!!! I m crying Rivers !!!! theres so many thoughts and feelings running in my head which are so Emotional which i cant explain ! I m just thinking when we will die and our loved ones will die and we will meet like ruby and Len and watch our own funeral, we wont be able to interact with our living loved ones while we are watching them in our funeral ! After we die Wont our Soul be so emotional when we will besides our loved ones but not able to interact with them, watching them without our souls presence felt bieng felt by them, and knowing that we are no more in the world where we were born! its heartbreaking thinking about this while watching this ! Len and Ruby talking normally through the tension is so unbelievable and lonely ! The Song and Music in the End cant stop me from Crying! The Piano and ....i go where you go.... This is Genius, Masterpiece, Legendary....never seen something so emotional like this! Actors and Makers of this short films are Genius and soo talented ! Love you Leonard and Ruby ! Love is so Magical, Precious....Love is Everything!❤❤❤❤
This is my blessed parents except Mom was Irish, fun, extroverted, music theater, emotional. Dutch Dad down to earth, reserved college prof & passed 7 yrs before her. Incredible 65 yrs devoted together & I'm sure he said I've been waiting for you, Allie Mae💕

This film is so beautiful! It made me laugh and cry at the same time. Remembering my Love who sadly passed away 3 years ago. The longer we were married the better it got. He drove me bonkers sometimes but I would never have exchanged him for any other man. He was the Love of my Life and I miss him terribly!!!❤

My first tears since my eye surgery. I thought I lost my tear gland. Excellent short film.
My old dentist at 90+ was cackling well pleased with himself. He'd just gotten what his wife always wanted....a prime site in the countryside....a double grave! When he passed away some years later his long suffering wife followed him a few days later. She was gentle elegant and kind....he was argumentative hectoring and full of mischief....the perfect match.
In his surgery on a high shelf sat a magnificent carving of her beautiful head

My Mom just passed at 93 years of age. My Dad is 98. Just in time, my sister and I convinced them to be buried in the Veteran’s cemetery.it is beautiful and beautifully maintained. My Dad is having a hard time with Mom’s passing.

I'm a geezer (67) in a relatively new relationship with a woman I wish I'd met 50 years ago. It's never too late to find the love of your life. This little film brought tears to my eyes. It's one of the best I've seen in damn near forever. LOVE the actors! And of course the cinematography and directing are also top notch! How is it possible that Pauley Shore movies merit giant Hollywood budgets when films like this are lucky to get produced on a shoestring? Most unfair!

I’ve had that kind of love, and after my hubby passed, I didn’t think I’d survive the loss. Like Ruby and Len, he made me face the inevitable, by living in the present, ensuring happy memories, and living without regrets. You cannot imagine what a gift it was to have the coroner ask me about plans, and being able to respond to him without hesitation, as we’d discussed everything. To be alone afterwards, and reflect that everything I needed to move forward, he’d given me. Leonard Nimoy, of Doctor Spock fame, said days before he passed “A life is like a garden. Perfect moments can be had, but only preserved in memory.” Thankfully mine are all happy! ❤️❤️ Happy New Year everyone!

This couple reminded me of the relationship between my husband (62 yr) and me (60 yr). Like the man in this film, my husband always tries something for me even though I scold him quite often for little mistakes or misunderstandings regarding what I really want. Maybe, he has been putting up with me without complaining. As the woman's saying, I might be "such a spoiled old biddy." ^^

I always loved the poem that stated "I need a place to call home after life" meaning a cemetery plot. The essence in all of us is eternal, but the bones are organic matters. Animals are in need of space to roam and live ( and we do too). Our human ego needs marble cemetery markers, mansions, castle, etc.; as if we are the only specie in need of spansive way of living. Even having those Italians Mausoleums, come to my mind, and I'm greatful. Aren't they beautiful and artistic? They are like museums as their name states it! How many people have the money to contribute to make of Earth, Bone Spaces a museums? Very few. That way of existing is long gone. We don't have the Earth space anymore. Hey I'm claustrophobic, but even though, how much space do I really need fo myself, son and grandkids? What is going to happen to the ELEPHANTS specie, for example? Oh no, marble marks for the bone are so much productive for Earth. Can we compromise for a more sensible living? Should I go for therapy for my claustrophobic mental Dis-Ease? Well Ireland, do you get the drift? I love you all. I'm greatful for the son you have provided me with, and ALL IS WELL! I truly love you. Really!
