I am lost for words.absolutely stunning wood. ZMF always knocks it out of park. ZMF are in total end game cans, just depending on your sound preferences are. Kudos to ZMF. Nelley Cain, before I had to have my legs amputated and other complications I made my living not only playing bluegrass, but jazz and rock as well. I love your headphones and have my piggy bank saving away. Kudos to ZMF.

Ok, this video has TOO MANY exciting ZMF products in it. AEGIS + CALDERA CLOSED + BOKEH OPEN. All I can say is that I'm continually shocked at how ZMF finds new ways to excite me about headphones. I can't wait to hear all of this stuff. It pains me not to be at NYC CanJam!

Finally been able to try out the Atrium and Caldera at HighEnd Munich yesterday and fell in love with Caldera (tested on Feliks Elise and dcs Lina). Still thinking about the 3 Pads i want to order it with, might go for Stock, Suede and UltraPerf Lamb.

Just treated my Verite C’s/XI Audio Formula S rig to a Grand Silver Palladium upgrade. Highly recommended!
Relax, tubester’s. I’ve spent plenty of quality time with a great Woo Audio WA33 before settling on the XI. When all as said and done, I found the XI’s sound quality to be within a few percentage rating points of the Woo, and other factors (price, convenience - tube amps require commitment) put the XI’s over the top for me, definitely the closest to tube sound I’ve heard in a SS amp.

Have you by any chance experimented with using recycled skateboards as material for a limited edition? Very interesting to look at.
We're actually using Spectra-Ply for the BOKEH Open stock model, which I believe has been used for Skate-boards, which while isn't recycled skateboards, is a sustainable Eco-Friendly material.
When will we get detailed Caldera Closed video?
Soon! Maybe mid April or so? Looking to release mid to late April ish? Or early may.
What is the planned release date for Aegis?
Great new phones although I'm of the opinion that the closed back variety need some type of metal ornament attached to the wood, especially the Caldera closed. No way as large as the open grill although in a much smaller and tasteful manner.
do different types of wood affect the sound?
In the closed backs the denser wood has a faster decay and the softer wood more decay and resonance. In open backs the sound doesn't change a lot, but it can be noticed.
