I once said the same about $200 headphones, then that I could never justify a $1000 headphone, then that I could never buy a second kilobuck headphone, much less an expensive 3rd party headphone cable… never say never! Not to brag, but eventually I blew past all my expectations, and I’m extremely grateful to have had the chance to have some wonderful and special experiences to enhance my life.

@@theodorezurla496 I sold it and kept the Wells Audio Milo. The gsx was so good but in the end I went for the warmer and rich Milo.

At a local audio show last week I heard the Dcs Lina stack with the Utopias 2022, sound texture was amazing but a bit too smooth. They also had a BlissKte/MayKte combo with LCD-5 and MM-500... quite a nice blend of musicality and detail retrieval. I prefer my Denafrips Artemis that I find has better overall balance but the Bliss has more impact and dynamics. What really stole the show for me was the Yamaha YH-5000SE headphones. Unbelievable clarity and details while being musical !

Vocals have a good amount of thickness for both females and males without being overly thick or thin.
How was the enleum portable amp? It grabs a lot of attention recently, but I haven’t seen any impressions yet
I'm not really in the market for a portable rig unfortunately so I kind of glossed over it. Hopefully others will share their impressions.
