White Sulphur Springs - Chichagof Island, AK

June 19, 2023 - No problem navigating Fleming Channel at mid-tide in a 47'. Anchored in the entrance of West Arm between 3 large rocks in 20' (12' at low tide). Swing room for one large boat, but smaller boats can pass. Very calm. Good set/hold, despite bringing up a large kelp clump. The trailhead in the NW corner of the W Arm has a 3x3' wooden diamond on tree with room for kayaks or very small craft. A flat trail to the nice FS cabin and 4* cedar bathhouse with sliding glass doors, skylights, changing room, and rope swing. Natural pools, large fire pit with log benches, outhouse, and pond make this a true destination.
