OR you could use heat resistant batting. Works great. LOVE IT!!! that red edging is awesome!!! Don't need that thermal batting with the extra layer of denim I bet. GREAT VIDEO!!!
Great video - thank you. I took a belt loop off the old jeans and sewed it on as a hanging loop. Pretty cute. Binding - so easy. Appreciate your talent for explaining slowly and demo is good too. Merry Christmas from Annandale, Minnesota :-)
I love the way you teach. I have been saving pockets waiting to find something to do with them. There are two things I would love you to make. The first is a heating/freezing deer corn bag with removable cover and the other is a small fidget quilt. Thanks for sharing with us. God bless you.
Great presentation! You speak clearly and it is apparent you have done a great many of these tutorials. I've been planning to make some denim pot holders ... glad I saw this one first. Love it.

Just awesome, will surely try your method of binding, seams easier than sewing regular binding from a package, great informative video, thank you for sharing.

Yours is so much easier and efficient, I was thrilled that I had found it. Спасибо! Оригинально!
فكرة جميلة وابداع في العمل، شكرا جزيلا
you could add little hanging loops and some sort of decoration on the jeans pocket itself from the same red fabric
Glad I found your channel, so glad!👏👏👏👏 💃
LOL Thank You! And Thanks For Watching!!!
thank you for your video
Thank you for watching!
MT obgdo
bravissimo
Cool!! I notice you didnt use insulbright (spelling). Very clever.
Nope! No need to. The two layers of denim and batting is enough protection but if you got it feel free to use it! Thanx for watching!
What kind of sewing machine do you use in this video? Thanks!
I have a singer 4423 heavy duty.
I'm concerned about the glue getting inside of my sewing machine. Any suggestions?

Could you use an old toy instead of batting?
Did you mean towel?? I don't see why not, or cut up and old flannel shirt or pants.
Need to be a bit bigger so that your hands are not exposed to the hot pan coming out of an oven
I really like your videos but still don't see a red subscribe button.
if you are on a computer it is right under the title of the video, by my channel name Scrappy Patch, right above the description of the video.
Cute idea. “ just a hot pad doesn’t matter the thread colour”. NOT. Always do your best if it’s not worth it don’t waste your time.
I was just trying to get people to use what they have and be creative. Never a waste of time when I'm in the sewing room.
