Also don’t underestimate the Skinner, the greatest hockey player of all time. He was the reason you won 3 Stanley Cups in a row.
We must also remember the fact that it took you won 3 cups in 10 years in your last Oilers rebuild. The reason you didn’t get them sooner was because you traded Skinner at the trade deadline of Year 1.

He's not. He's a career ~50-60 pointer. He had an incredible career year last season and has been playing great again this year but those are the exceptions not the rule.
