Ingredients for marination:
1 kg boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp olive oil + 2 tbsp extra
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp chilli powder/ cayenne pepper
1 tbsp paprika powder
Salt to taste
(You can also add more spices along with with1 tbsp tomato paste, 1/2tbsp pepper powder).
For assemble:
Warmed tortilla or Lebanese bread or flatbreads or pita bread
Garlic Sauce
Salad
Onion
Tomato
Sriracha Sauce or Chilli Sauce
