How to Pipe Buttercream a Rose, Chrysanthemum and Freesia

  • Buttercream Rose, Chrysanthemum and Freesia. Rose piped using tip #104, Chrysanthemum piped using tip #81 and Freesia piped using tips #61 and 2. I am using Swiss meringue buttercream to pipe.     Might be helpful to name the tip used. Thought maybe you said it but volume was turned all the way up. I have never used a piping bag or tips and have no clue which was used.

      Basic kitchen scissors work just fine. Don't close them all the way, pull the flower off the nail, and use the other end of the nail to move your flower where you want it to go.

      Buttercream made out of butter, icing sugar, milk, vanilla extract so first you have to mix the butter until the butter is a bit white then you put in 3 cups of icing sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk and mix altogether after you put 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract then mix well and done now you can put the cream on top of your cupcakes and cakes thanks this recipe was tried for your notice🧈🍰🧁🍦

      I recommend swiss meringue buttercream or italian meringue buttercream. They're the most stable for making flowers 👍

      Buttercream recipe is easy first bring some butter and beat it with an electric wisker until the butter is a bit white then you put in 3 cups of icing sugar and mix then add in 1 table spoon of milk and mix then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract after that mix altogether and done now you can put the buttercream on the top of your cupcakes and cakes thanks
