faizan khan good question...first you should work on physical activity like do running, push ups chin up, sit ups and other exercises on daily basis...secondly, you should gain some general knowledge like all the administrative personal of the country and other important cointries...some important islamic knowledge....thirdly you should focus on your academic portion( physics, chemistry, maths and English)...practice these things then InshALLAH you will succeed.

You have to analyze your personality in your own way and then you would be able to make a judgement about your merits and demerits. They check that how much a person knows about himself and they judge you by your self description test as well whether a person is written true or not.
