I think I like Kirstie the best on this video. As always, it’s ridiculous for me to try to pick just one voice. But I love Kirsten’s style. Not just hairstyle (that’s awesome!), clothes, and voice, but also how she is carrying herself. If that makes sense. Gorgeous!

I'm used to hearing this song with a beach and surfboards in the background, but now we get an airport and snow! Great version of this song. I didn't have a favorite person... to my untrained ear and without headphones their voices were so blended that I didn't feel anyone stood out. "God only knows what I'd be without you"... a beautiful sentiment!

I saw your reaction yesterday, but I couldn't make any comment (I know it was a dangerous thing to walk down the street, with headphones on, looking at my cell phone and dancing ... someone turned to see what was happening to me!). My favorite person in the video (not to sound corny) is you. (Also, my favorite voice)
But, I love this song. It is a classic, no matter the holiday. But, it is Christmas and PTX did an outstanding job of making it Christmasy)
Listening again to decide who sung it best, but I'll point out that the first time when I heard the "Bum bum bum", I thought it a crazy way of breakup the song. The sound is mello, the lyrics personal, beautiful, meaningful, and they add a "bum bum" instead of a beautiful, "Ohhh Ohhh"? (Had thet lost their mind?) But, alas, Scott comes in with the "Ba Bah's" and you just can't have a beach boy song without that, so made sense.
Mitch. I loved Mitch in this one. (Is it just me or does Kristin and Mitch sometimes sound a lot alike at times?)

This is one of my favourite songs, and yes it has become a Christmas song as it was at the end of one of the most popular Christmas movies of all time - Love Actually. As always, Pentatonix have superbly captured and recognized the style of the original artiste then made it their own. The singing is just superb from all of them - Scott, Kirstie, Mitch, Kevin, Matt - and the video also superb with them looking gorgeous (as always) and smiling and hugging, again using their platform to share a good message.
I see them live in 5 days with my mom on their Evergreen tour. I'll tell them you said hi! Lol 😉

@Kritterlu H it’s my pleasure chatting but I’m not always online, so I may miss the odd comment. I don’t actually play any instrument but can make a tune on both a piano and guitar. So far the only instrumental tracks, are very simply played on the piano to try and share the melody that’s tormenting me in my mind. These tracks can be found on my second channel. “It’s me Barry too”

Scott said when they made this video they rented out a whole hangar at the airport that was not being used. The "snow" kept getting in their mouths as they sang. I like this song because I believe it is a love song to each other and to their fans.
And they made this while in their south American tour in late 2019

@@StorytimeWithLana I just want everyone to know, that I love Christmas, I do not like commercialism. I don't decorate, I don't drive around looking at the lights. I do have a Creche that belonged to my mother that I set out, and that's about it.
Will be helping at the VFW again delivering food/toy boxes (which is another reason I'm getting a better pair of shoes). I believe in the spiritual side of Christmas not what Christmas has become. But the music is special, especially when sung by PTX or Homefree. So a big, fat BAH HUMBUG.🤪

Cierra and I found a family that had children (going through a rough time), and we did for them. (I love shopping for toys, kids are fun)
Christmas was the biggest event in my life for so long, the shed is full of lights, trees, outdoor ornaments from Santa to Mickey Mouse, but I have not found the desire to get anything out.
I even planted a cedar tree when it was two feet tall in the middle of the front yard by the bridge in hopes of conditioning it to be the perfect tree to light up. It grew up to be the perfect tree, probably twenty plus feet tall now, with the limbs starting on the ground and going up in the perfect circumference to the top.
Will it ever be lit up? One day maybe.
Christmas is family to me, and it's not the same anymore. So... Bah Humbug!!!!

(My very first concert was Bobby Sherman, big thanks to my Dad who endured a packed concert hall full of screaming pre-teen girls. That was a different sound. I can’t really place what they did (in the studio?). It isn’t exactly an echo. It creates a sound of a large space?? Interesting.
One day I would love to have someone show me what all those slides, knobs, switches, and buttons do in the music studio. 🧐 I am very curious. It looks like the command center for a shuttle launch.
Maybe that is what it is. I have figured it out.
There is probably a bust this through the ceiling button. Or actually, maybe you just have a couple of people count to five and then slide all of those suckers up at once. That is probably what it is.
They probably did that on the Ceiling Can’t Hold Us video that PTX did.
How could there possibly need to be that many slides, knobs, switches, and buttons????
