This was the first channel I came across on my awakening on shifting my mindset from a very negative person that comes from poverty and a negative lifestyle now I meditate and hit the gym 4 days a week and I quit my job 3 years ago to take my business full time and it’s working out for me

Watching this has made me sit here and think deeply about my attitude to people and to life. I realise just how negative I am, how I worry far too much, how stressed out i get over silly things, the way I can lash out verbally hurting people that care for me, push them all away and all because of my childhood. I say to myself grow up that was 45 years ago, people out in the world deal with so much more than I did. I want to be a more spiritual person, I want to be confident in myself, be more caring, not to worry an dont laugh I want God in my life. I shall watch this over and over and hope and pray I can follow the principles and be the person I so dearly want to be.

For awhile after finding out I had breast cancer just this year turned me ugly inside and I ended up pushing people away. All the negative thoughts kept me from being the person I truly was and kept me from being happy. It felt like I was caught in a web trying to break free but didn't know how until I started to change my mindset. How could I ever be happy if I always thought I would never be? How will I have love if I thought I was unworthy and damaged? How can I work if I am sick? Ever since I woke up one day and told myself enough and started thinking I can be happy, I will be loved and will heal I have had more positive things come into my life. I do think your way of thinking and believing does impact your future and will bring you more of what you want if you truly believe in it.
We are never alone, unless you give 🆙 on yourself… God is within us All
Don’t give up you guys!! Change is Within your reach! Focusing your attention on good and positive things may be extremely difficult for some at first but if you fight through it you will change the way you think. And that’s when the magic starts to happen.

This year in isolation has taught me to “ go within” more than any other time. But I have taught myself being negative yesterday when I was talking to my neighbor. 🤗 I know it feels like quite an awakening. Because, that’s exactly what it is…A rebirth into being who you really are, beneath the programming society fed you.
🙏🏼 I listen to a lot of similar books. It’s so important to change our programming, conditioning, paradigms… as we are all works in progress.
Most of our conditioning (on the negative side) starts with hearing the word no, as children, people who pick on, or gossip about others.
🥹 I prefer to disengage when people behave this way.
My way is more positive, more friendly, more joyful 😇 more yogic 🧘♀️

Don't rely on someone to make you who you are... Go inside to know more about yourself...Know Thyself is the Magic... and raise your frequency: no meat, no alcohol, no sex, no news and media, no negative friends... then you meditate and wait to see change
Hi There. The reason you have anxiety and depression is because you talk aboit it. I am free of it as it use to be extreme for me. Dont talk or focus on it. I know it comes as feelings and most of the time you dont even know why. I developed a technich that acually works, i came up with and it worked for some reason. Everytime you get those feeling i want you to squeeze both your hands into a fist a hard as ypu can for as long as you can and just say ( i release amd let go of these negative feelings and I preffer to feel peaceful and happy) or what ever words you want to use. Truat me it work. You wont feel it right away but you will feel different like more peaceful within an hour. If you keep doing it everytime you have those negative feeling over time they will come less often until they are completely gobe from your life foe good. Your training your subconciouse mind telling it what you want to feel instead. And also never ever use the word sad or depression or anxiety, dont say them at all or even think them. Just say there is no such thing as anxiety but without saying the actual word. Just say there is no such thing i dont in my reality

I've spend a long time researching into the power of the mind to attract everything you want then we discovered a fantastic resource at Teds Mind Guide (google it if you are interested)
Definitely so.
If they taught this in schools then they would not be able to brainwash our youth into believing that you have to go to school, so you can get a good job, so you can go to work for someone else and work 40 hrs a week. Then retire in 40 years, and live off of 40% of your income and struggle because you were never educated about the way things really are. They call it the 40/40/40 plan. Google That!
