(Sub)5Hours Butano Kakuni in Nagasaki Japan l Travel & Cooking at Airbnb

I've been to Nagasaki, northwest of Kyushu, Japan.
I made Butano kakuni, which I've always wanted to try. Since it's a big city, it was easy to get small amounts of materials, perhaps because of the distribution of various population types.
For example, a pack with two eggs.
Unfortunately, however, it was difficult to find a magic sauce that could give a point to cooking like Tamari soy sauce.
I stopped by many stores and asked, but I couldn't get it.
Still, Butano Kakuni, where I cooked and ate using local ingredients in a place with a beautiful view of the tram, gave me unforgettable memories and flavors.
