Hot springs & Cooking Toriten chicken in Yufuin, Japan [Cooking ASMR]

I went to Yufuin, a hot spring town in Japan.
Oita Prefecture, where Yufuin is located, has the highest chicken consumption rate in Japan.
I tried making a dish called Toriten, which is well known there.
The hot spring water flowing 24 hours a day was very effective in relieving the fatigue from the trip.

I wanted to make ponzu using limes, a specialty of Oita Prefecture called Kabosu, but I couldn't get them because it was out of season.
Instead, I enjoyed Toriten with Kabosu beer :)
