Here in Bangalore, most of the dealers made basic accessories as compulsory to buy. If you argue they are even ready to cancel the car order. So basically they don't mind if you don't buy the car, but accessories should be sold first.
Let know which dealers are those, send me an email with details on when you contacted and which dealer - will try to share with OEM directly about it to correct this practice
My dealer is asking me to pay complete on road price before PDI. Our discussions have turned into argument but they are not bothered

Today I was told the same thing mentioned at 6 minutes in this video - PDI will be done only after receiving full advance ex showroom price and BEFORE REGISTRATION. The sales guy also told me if there is any problem with the car during PDI, we will get another one exchanged for you. So PDI should be done before CAR REGISTRATION not after

It is all a bit confusing and misleading imo..dealers are not sharing the VIN number, they say it will be done only after registration. There is no way they will guarantee in written that vehicle will be 1-2 months old. Customer will have to blindly trust them. Secondly, the part about booking and PDI, full payment etc very unclear. Just by holding back regn and insurance money, can you reject a car after PDI? And then how can you get all your money back, which will include showroom price minus cancellation charges?

1. Ask for Form 21 of car, it is given from Maruti factory to each dealer for new car , has Month n year of manufacture
2. Ask for original Govt RTO receipt... A difference of 3 to 4 thousand , if there, in showroom's registration charges are illegal...

at the time of the car they said=on road price is 12.18 lakh and at the time of delivery they said 12.54 lakh even the ex showroom price is same. they said insurance discount is gone. even the they said if you don't buy insurance from us we can not give you car

I had booked Kia sonet gtx plus in September month 2020 at thane maharashtra they told me will get car in Diwali November 13 and they took 11 lac 50 thousand from me on 30th October and told me will give you delivery of car on 13 November. But now its January 16 2021 but still dealer not delivering car .. saying Kia se hi late ho raha hai I want to take legal action on dealer and kia also ..
Please help where to complaint against them.

Sir मुझे ये पूछना है की हर कंपनी का प्रोडक्शन और रिजेक्शन भी होता है तो क्या इंजन मे भी रिजेक्शन होता होगा तो कंपनी उस इंजन का क्या करती होगी।जैसे अभी मारुति की ब्रेज़ा lxi CNG ki वेटिंग 6 से 7 महीने की है और जो कस्टमर बुकिंग करता है और एक्सटेंड वारंटी नही लेता हैं तो क्या डीलर कंपनी से डिमांड नही करता होगा की मुझे ऐसी गाड़ी दे दो जो इंजन मैं थोड़ा प्रॉब्लम हो । शायद डीलर को वो सस्ता दे देते ही।
Even if we do PDI and then we pay registration fees we get delivery only after the registration done it can take a few days, so the car remains with dealer that time, if something happens during that period what should be done
