- Pico de la Zarza is the highest mountain in Fuerteventura, at 807m.
It is located in the Jandia Peninsula in the South of the island, the peak offers superb views of Cofete and in our opinion, the best views of the island. Join us to see how we ascend this challenging mountain!

Was to do this hike last year (April,) but ended up doing another hike instead. Typical get to top and it's cloudy. Great views once it passed over though! Yes knew uou would do some of the caches 😃 😊

That's 800 meters? Looks more like 8,000 feet from the top. it must be the steep sides. Good hike Simon avoiding the plant. All the best. Mark
