Well just from the very cursory information given here I think what he was saying is that the anti-trust case prevented Microsoft from entering into the OS market with Motorolla. I respect his use of verbs.. the interviewer implyied to the audience that Bill Gates is a self proclaimed member of the united states of america and anyone who knows anything knows that all of the big tech guys and companies are not seated in the U.S. as the speach begins Bill uses the "You" verb to express the seperation of himself. The more you know.. the deeper the rabbit hole goes.
