The Update: Layed it down on left side going 30Mph on a sharp turn (darn those sand and dirt on the road!) and made a mistake of purchasing non-OEM left fairing and front cowl as it does not fit perfectly.
CUSTOM PAINT - Custom painting was gonna burn a whole in my pocket so I ended up using 16+ cans of Rustoleum spray paint! The design, I made myself by getting ideas from different 1KRR's, MotoGP, Agusta's, and Ducati's.
UNDERTAIL - The undertail is custom made from a $8 sheet metal bought from Home Depot. I ended up cutting the far back bolt and putting an alternate bracket on top so the tail will become flush all the way. Slap on some LED strips from Autozone and you're good to go!
EXHAUST HEAT SHIELD - Custom made from the thickest sheet metal if found from Home Depot $15.00. Measure first using a cardboard and use that as a template. The side bends are made by using two 2x4's to ensure a straight bend. Three support clamps are used using the aluminum bar thingy you use for the toilet with holes in it; 1. attached to the exhaust S pipe, 2. attached to the exhaust bolt hole the S pipe mounts to, 3. attached to where the fairing attaches to. FRONT: Had to swap bearings and add washers as spacers and cut the inner cylinder tube to fit the rim.

As a rule, I hate custom paint jobs, but I really like this one. It suits the bike well.

This is a well fabricated bike as well as clean! Nice job!! RC 51 rims? excellent touch , what are they? 2000-2001's ? and are they a straight up bolt on? I just purchased the 2013's but really love the look of the 51's! Makin me regret purchasing the newest style...But noticed the 2013-14 Honda MotoGP race bikes cater to the RC-51 look. Kudo's to you! A job well done...

Very creative work on the design of the paint my friend but it looks like either you bought those cheap chinese fairing kits or you drop the bike numerous times, I see the fairings coming out and holding with bolts on it, and that's a shame for such a nice bike. But the best design I've seen out there tho......

He won't tell you but its a homemade undertail part nobody sells them like that cuz you need to cut the frame and weld it back to be able to do that. Tailormade makes some fender eliminators very close to those. Check my channel I'll try to make one here in the next couple of weeks and will post the video on my channel.
