I’m kind of interested in whether I’d be able to make Odio-O kill yunnie without needing to take down the ad. Would be very annoying to figure out, but the damage seems to be there

good luck with that, there's a reason he's one of the best characters in the game
technically speaking he's not super necessary here, since you dont actually have to kill the ad. the ad self destructs 2 turns after reaching below 40% HP, and elrica is capable of getting there on her own. i prefer to kill the ad, though, to ease the pressure on ex h'aanit and also get started on shaving/damaging yunnie earlier.
as for the damage up, elrica + richard can achieve that, albeit with less efficiency.
problem is the guaranteed critical, since that is not easily achievable through other means. but that also means that if you simply do more damage (for example, if your elrica is a1 as opposed to my a0) you can get around it.
odio-o himself does pretty respectable damage but you'd be fine replacing him with a lars or something
