I know I went through everything pretty quickly so if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below. I also plan on doing a follow up video for this bike, so be sure to subscribe 👍.
11-28 105 cassette on the back and 50/34 on the front. I’m still using a 7 speed FD and it works fine. Should probably upgrade to an 11spd but I’m going 1x in the future so I didn’t bother. No big climbs where it live so no need for the 34 ring. Hope that helps ✌️
the bike looks super. For start I would like to upgrade the wheels and the brakes. But regarding the rest of the components I think european market is more expensive....
Thanks! I feel like the wheels and brakes were the best upgrade. Going to 11 speed wasn’t that much of a game changer. Maybe it’s because I spend so much time on a single speed. For me, the 7 speed was plenty. Thanks for watching ✌️
@@DCTaylor281 wish I could bring you my bike to modify it like yours, in a relatively reasonable way regarding costs and learn a couple of things. Keep up the good work! When you first bought the bike how long did you keep the factory components?Would you thought it as a slow bike at first? (i personaly made a transition from giant rapid 2014 aluminium and thought this one is heavier for my legs and overall)
@@jimkatsacc thanks for the kind words. I think I had about 1000k on zwift and another 500k on the roads before I upgraded the wheels. I really enjoy this bike and have road in groups surrounded by $3000 carbon bikes and kept up no problem. I like when people ask about it and I tell them I paid $180 for it :). Thanks for watching!
Really like the look of this bike!
I would never have noticed that this is not an original Colnago.... it's a really cool bike!
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing your build. I may do some of the stuff you’ve done.
Nice! I think the most worth while upgrades were the Crankset and the wheelset
Nice!

Hi mate.
