Ingredients:
2 cups canned/fresh crab (Snow Crab for the win!)
3 cups white asparagus (bite-sized pieces)
2 cups imitation crab (diagonal slices)
1 can of quail eggs
12 cups chicken broth
2 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
3 eggs (separate those whites and yolks)

What do you do with the asparagus water in the can/jar? Most people pour it out, which is a waste, if you like asparagus. I add it to the stock too. It will give the soup extra asparagus flavor!
